We want to extend our sincerest apologies that the customer has not been able to get removed fromour mailing list. We immediately searched through all of our mailing lists for the companies,...

addressesand contact names that were given. We also double checked on any possible misspellings or other waysthat these customers may come up in our mailing list.
We've removed all possible entries and put them on our DO NOT MAIL list which should fully resolve theissue.
Unfortunately it may have been too late to catch the mail that is going out this week. We did attempt tostop them from receiving a mailing this week, but have not received confirmation from our mailingcompany that this has been done.
We do our very best to keep our mailing lists as accurate as possible and have no problem removingcustomers from our mailing lists. I will be doing a full investigation to find out how this persons requesthas not been taken care of. Normally it is a very simple process of a customer contacting us andrequesting to be removed, and then this request goes to our employee who updates all of our mailinglists. These are updated several times a month as we mail out every week, so I can see that somehowour process needs to be improved and we will work to do so.
