email on Sunday November 16 to our office. Our office is closed on the weekend we did not received a phone call on either of our emergency phone numbers on Sunday November 16 notifying our office of the non operational washing machine. We receive 100's of emails everyday and we try our very best to answer them as quickly as possible. On November 18 Mr. [redacted] contacted our office regarding his washing machine and he was informed that the owner of the rental purchased a warranty with her washing machine. The owner purchased the washer last year from [redacted] and [redacted] store. We informed him that we contacted the owner and is waiting for a reply. When we received the email from the owner stating that her warranty expired we immediately contacted an [redacted] repair person on 11/19. The [redacted] repair person went out to the rental on 11/20 and completed the repair. The washer had a broken motor coupling. This repair was done within 3 days from receipt of the email on 11/17.
We have never ignored a tenants request for repairs to a rental unit. We have done every repair that the [redacted] have requested in a timely manner. In May when the [redacted] took occupancy their refrigerator stopped working and a new refrigerator was delivered on the following day. We try to adhere to the landlord tenant code for any non emergency repairs and have the repair done within 12 days. All emergency items are taken cared of within 3 days unless something unforeseen happens. Attached are all of the repairs that was done to Mr. [redacted] rental.
