Review: Well on March **, 2013 I was watching HSN TV when [redacted] was selling the JM Safari Chic Luggage Set (8 pc.) Green Leopard print. Order # [redacted] Qty. 1, Item# 232580, Cost $ 134.95 , tax $5.70, total $ 140.65. I purchased this set and it was to have a 10yr. warranty. I also bought the JM Go Mini w nylon Leopard bag $ 23.09. at the same time.

I was packing for a trip, January *, 2014 when the zipper separated in the top left hand corner of the large piece. It came completely open, and I can not use it. Well I contacted HSN when I returned on Jan. ** & ** and was told they could not help me. They gave me Ingenius Designs ph.# ###-###-####. I called on Monday morning at approx. 10:00am and was put on hold 15min. I called back later and was put on hold 20 min. I called 2hrs later and left a message and on the automated machine it told me someone would return my call in 2 DAYS! That is ridiculous. I have continually called up to now. Today is January **, 2014 (9 days) and have not heard anything, and cannot get thru. I don't have money to throw away and would like this issue resolved. At least call or email me.The other pieces have to be placed into the damaged piece in order to be utilized. Without it they are useless. And I don't want to throw them away. I just need the one item. It hasn't even been 1year and 1 one use. Help.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from someone and have this resolved ASAP. This is very disappointing, I just wanted my own set of luggage. [redacted] guaranteed her product and should stand behind it or stop selling it. Don't take someone's money and make them feel like they don't matter after you get their money. I want to be fair and give you an opportunity to work this out. But need to know something by February please.

Review: I bought two sets of the Todd English Greenpans, which includes pots and fryings pans. The [redacted] said on the air that they are an excellent way to reduce calories because you don't need to add any oil to the pots and pans because nothing sticks. This is a very misleading lie. I have been trying to reach someone at Ingenious Designs for over 6 months on their 800 number. This is the only number they would give you to contact them! I called repeated and I finally got through 2-3 months later after calling for 6 months. I asked to speak to [redacted] and her name is [redacted]. I told her the nature of my problem, in that I have a terrible time of cleaning the pans because everything sticks. This is very time consuming and nothing like the [redacted] stated over the air. She then told me that I must have gotten the bad batch and to send her pictures so she could see and she would either refund my money or issue more sets. I did just this and I did not hear from her! I gave her enough time, and then I called her two weeks later. Her assistant said that she had gotten the picture proofs and that she would reach a decision within a week. That was over 1 month ago because I sent her the pictures on Friday July **, 2013! Now it is September and I still haven't heard from her!Desired Settlement: [redacted], manager at Ingenious Designs needs to act professionally and keep to the warranty and either refund my money or replacing these defective pans. She has ignored my calls and has done nothing and doesn't ever intend to solve this problem! She said that I got pot and pans from the bad batch. She knows that there is a problem with these pans , since they advertised Todd English Greeenpans as nothing sticks with a lifetime guarantee. By the negative reviews and customer complaints, a lot of customers are having the same problems with false advertisement and terrible sticking like I do with these sets!
