We are a *** dealer and Mr*** ordered this part through the *** Industries website.How it works is once the order is placed on *** website, *** the 3rd party company whohandles the orders then list them online for dealers to seeIf we have the item and are willing
to shipfor the price stated we "bid" on itThe closest dealer with the part is awarded the saleSo if there wasa mistake on the website I am positive that *** would work with us to refund the customerI am notsure if he talked to someone here or at Shopatron.Unfortunately I do not remember all the details of this sale except that the part was returnedOn thereturn that we got it says reason for return is "ordered wrong size".Our procedure is if the part was ordered for the wrong unit or if the customer changed his mindthey have to pay for shipping.lf the reason for the return is our fault or *** fault then shipping would be refunded.I would need to know the exact unit Mr *** hasThe VIN number would be best or if not thenyear, make and modelThen I will check the website to see if it says it fits his unit.I am sorry for any troubles to the customer and will try to resolve this matter for him.Please feel free to call me with any questions.Sincerely,Mike InglesIngles Performance
