I was initially very excited to be made aware of this \"new, easy, fast\" productWell, its just like every other carnival prize, not worth the effortI spent two days, nine calls(me calling them), three service reps, for no resultsFirst they told me they couldn\'t see everything on the check, which you HAVE to upload through the app, they can do nothing for you on the phoneWell, they can tell you to try and try again\"get all four corners of the check\", \"your room is too dark when you took the picture\", \"the stars weren\'t aligned\" DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I tried on numerous time to upload a check that was clearly in my name many times. I'm active duty army soldier I thought using his service would be good for my family especially with me being away but I was sadly mistaken. everything was good until the last step of loading the check..I was suppose to write "void" on my check in order for it be accepted..but it turns out not only did they they no accept it...they also closed my account. I've tried speaking to a manger and was told it a "24 hour wait list "... That check my tax refund that I have been waiting for it for so long for my family. Now I can't use to check anywhere else. As a grown woman I've never cried and sobbed this much in my life.. The customer service was so horrible and actually can't believe I was treated like this.. They even hung up the on me
