Regarding the complaint of the represetative asking for the child's date of birth. In order for our office to release or discuss a matter with a consumer, verification must be obtained before information can be released. We are grounded by federal laws and this is to ensure that the consumers information is not released to an incorrect party. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns.

I request that this complaint be considered unresolved with the following response to the business:
1) I received the bill from the original biller and it was NOT the biller that was stated on the letter that was sent. It was an individual doctor who had the wrong insurance information.
2) I refuse to believe that it is acceptable practice to call me, not identify yourself as a credit collection agency, and tell me that you have a "business opportunity" that you can't tell me about until I tell you the birthday and home address of my 3 year old.
3) you continued to send me letters after I continuously responded to you asking that you cease
4) you did not send me a bill or any information prior to sending me a letter stating that you HAD and that I had not responded. The dates on the letters I received prove that this occurred.
