My Name is [redacted] one of the Partners here at Ingram Autoplex and yes we take full responsibility for the refund part the GAP policy, this was our 1st policy to ever be canceled by refinancing before the policy has even been issued by the companyWe didn't realize that I was just a total flat cancelation, I spoke to the Customer and we have cut her check and will be mailing it to her ASAPOn the other hand as far as the parts go we have fixed the car, not only did we have to order New Parts because her son lost the parts that we had already purchased for the vehicle and left in the console of the Trail Blazer, so that he could bring it in and allow us to fix itHere at Ingram Autoplex we have a "WE OWE" form that was signed by the customer that states she has 30days from the date of purchase for us to do the workThe customer took months to bring in the car due to the fact that her son would not have a way to get back and fourth to workFinally after months he brought the Trail Blazer in only because I offered to loan him a car so that we could the one he purchasedWhen he got here we went over the "WE OWE" form to make sure we were all on the same pageIngram Autoplex has always gone far and above to take care of its customers even when our customers buy a vehicle that is sold AS-ISThe Customer will receive her refund from Ingram AutoplexThank You [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had filed a complaint back on 5/13/and accepted their response, I was told if I didn’t receive my refund on the canceled GAP policy that my case would be reopened if I notified the Revdex.comI called the Revdex.com yesterday to let them know I wanted it to be reopened and have never received a response from the message I leftMy case # [redacted] against Ingram Autoplex in Midland Texas, please notify me of what my next step would be to have this case reopened Thank you, [redacted]

My Name is [redacted] one of the owners of Ingram Autoplex,  we apologies for the miscommunication between our selves and floor plan company who pays off our trade ins. We have paid off the vehicle that Mr and Mrs Stroud traded in and have taken care of all other concerns they may have...
