[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Dear Revdex.com,I do not accept that *** had a "write off" That means that I was still responsible for the $and that they wrote it off for non payment I want it to be noted and in writing that it was a mistake and that I should not be charged for this and that there was no charge off due to anything to do with my policy and dealings with this company I do not want to have a record that is unpaid or part of a 'charge off" I will not accept any other resolution and they should have known this form our prior conversations A charge off does not resolve the matter with me and my name or policy Regards,

To Whom it may concern,It was not a misquote It was a late charge that should have never been placed on my account It was the negligence of one of their office employees I can gather emails but it will take me some time to do this *** ***

I have repeated myself more than I need to This company, namely Karen, mis reported my change of insurance by adding my son and not deleting him like I requested her to My insurance went up not down but was told I had to pay the full amount until they could make the adjustmentI did not pay it "on time" due to it not being my mistake I called *** and the local Agent to resolve this I was told that it would be corrected and I am still disputing a $charge You would think in view of this, the agent would correct the matter and apologize or at least credit this, even though they say they "wrote it off" They have not provided me with an acceptable answer and I will continue to pursue this in the interest of principal Also, any lateness on my part was mainly due to mutiple changes I made by buying and selling two cars within a very short time and not being explained how this would effect my policy and not being sent any documenation on time by this company to show what my correct adjustments would be How this company is handling this is much like the service I recieved during my last few months with themVauge, non professional and no customer service *** ***

On 8/4/15, [redacted] Insurance had a writeoff of $25.

Once complaintant told us on 3/6/15 that her son moved to Florida, we deleted him as a driver effective 2/25/15 since she said he moved that date.  Complaintant had premium due on 3/25/15 and did not pay the premium.  On 3/30/15 [redacted] Insurance sent a reminder bill which included a late...

fee of $25 which cannot be removed by our agency.

Complaintant paid late in January, February, and March so [redacted] Insurance charged a late fee of $25.  [redacted] wrote off a $25 charge on 8/4/2015.

Son was deleted effective 2/25/15 and [redacted] Insurance mailed the insured her copy on 3/6/15.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, again, they do not listen.  Prior to me having a conversation on the date entered, I had sold a [redacted] which my son [redacted] was insured on.  I requested that Karen take [redacted] off the policy since the [redacted] was sold.  He was not insured on any other car.  We had two other cars insured besides the one that was sold.  She, took it upon herself to "ADD" [redacted] to the other two remaining cars.  This "INCREASED" my policy when it should have "DECREASED it.  Since I realized my bill had gone "UP" and not down, it made no sense to me.  That is when I called and had to explain "WHY" we even sold the car, and that [redacted] did move to Florida. I explained "WHY" I would not have wanted him on my policy or any other car.  She did  not tell me, ask me, consult with me or any other lines of communication was attempted on this SHE JUST MADE THE DECISION HERSELF.  i DID NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TELL HER OTHERWISE.  The adjustment was being made a month or so later but I was stuck with paying the higher payment to keep my policy going. The "REAL" and "MAIN" reason the payment was late was because it was being "DISPUTED"!!!!!!!!! This fee/late charge of $25.00 has to be credited or taken off the records.  If the "AGENCY" cannot do to it then the "AGENCY" MUST CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF AT A HIGHER LEVEL.  Regards,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]As you can see Tia company is vague and does not get the point if the matter.  She added my son [redacted] onto our policy on ou twinitgerccars he was not previously on that is what increased not decreased our policy, when I called she said she made a mistake, Karen.  She did not remove [redacted] she added him.  He was to be removed.  I was charged a late charge due to my insurance being mistakenly increased due to Karen but listening and not asking the right questions.  I repeat, I want the late charge removed from any and all records involving this insurance company.  That is the only answer I can accept. I do not want a write off attached to my account.  They are not at all providing customer service and Karen has been aweful to work with.  She did not want to answer a question I had and said "it is almost 5 and I go home at 5 I will call you tomorrow.... Then she was off the next day and left me in the dark.  BAD.
