Once complaintant told us on 3/6/that her son moved to Florida, we deleted him as a driver effective 2/25/since she said he moved that date Complaintant had premium due on 3/25/and did not pay the premium On 3/30/ [redacted] Insurance sent a reminder bill which included a late fee of $which cannot be removed by our agency
