We received the complaint from Ms [redacted] about the ceiling caving in and water was all over her aptand her carpet in the master restroomWhen maintenance went early in the morning to access the damage it ended up being a small leak into her bathroom It was coming from the unit upstairs toilet tank, in which it was repaired by maintenance at the time Maintenance went ahead and fixed the leak in her apartment as well The dishwasher was unrepairable so we went ahead and removed it and covered the area until we can find a dishwasher to replace it Ms [redacted] has never complained about roaches in her apartment, but we will have Pest Control service her unit Ms [redacted] later came in to complain again about her restroom leaking again, we didn't have maintenance because he was out sick at the time We (office staff) went upstairs & shut the cut off valve off, but the residents in that unit kept turning it on We finally went and changed part in toilet tank upstairs to avoid further leaks downstairs
