Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I would like to point out that my complaint was submitted on the morning of Monday March 13th and did not receive the email from WR until the afternoon on Monday March There must be a delay With the Revdex.com from the time they get the complaint to the time they send it to the businessHad I received that email from WR earlier I would not have submitted a complaint to Revdex.com, but in that weeks after the walk through I did not get a phone call or email to inform me that they were in the process of scheduling work to be done even though I sent emails inquiring when we would be notified

At no point was the end of June ever promised or committed to in any conversations with the customerWe can make no such promises until the home is days away from completionThis was explained to the customer and is always what has been communicatedThis is also clearly called out in the agreement signed off on by the customerWork has been and will continue to progress, and we will continue to keep the customer informed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter Regards, [redacted] The last response from WRH is correctThey have, after months of unexplained delays, started to build our homeThis doesn't resolve our issue that caused the Revdex.com complaint to be filled We made this complaint to get our deposit back under a provision in the contract WRH wroteThey have refused to honor their own contract We are at an impasse that the Revdex.com process is apparently not capable of resolvingLet's look at a simple analogyAsk yourself this, if you ordered a pizza and paid a deposit for it but after days you had not received it (they did not even start to make it) so you asked for your money back only to be repeatedly told no and given no explanation for the delayThen after months the company started to cook that pizza would you be satisfied? Should I be? I will continue to respond to this complaint only to make others aware of how are WRH experience has been

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We shouldn't drag this any furtherWe reviewed the list of items which needs to be fixed, please provide the completion date and post it on this forum Regards, [redacted] ***

We do apologize for some of the recent delays in getting warranty items addressedSomeone will be in touch with this customer next week

We are pleased to say that this entire warranty list has been completed and was signed off on today by Mrs [redacted] ! Please see attached

Dear Sirs,We have rectified many warranty items and are waiting for the final material to arrive to complete the warranty list In reviewing the records, I have not found a previous mention of concern with the mechanical systems of the home We will continue to stand by our warranty on these items The homeowner was provided a copy of the warranty at the time of closing The mechanical system does have a year warranty. We look to complete this as soon as we have the needed materials.Thank you, [redacted] William Ryan Homes

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from WRH is disappointing and not an offer at all Rather than follow up with action, the corresponding WRH representative dismisses the problems as frivolousThe remaining unresolved issues were identified as legitimate by the WRH representative, Construction Manager Greg [redacted] , who visited our home on 2/24/ All outstanding issues were reviewed and a commitment was made by Mr [redacted] to obtain WRH approval to initiate work on unresolved warranty issues.A representative of WRH, Victor, contacted my wife and me to initiate warranty work on 5/12/ I stayed home from work that day to be available No one from WRH showed We emailed and called Mr [redacted] , but received no reply then or since.Mr [redacted] is the fourth WRH warranty representative we have had to deal with over the past two years Every time a new warranty rep is assigned, the cycle of inspection, commitment to action, and failure to follow through repeats itself We have given WRH ample time and opportunity to address covered warranty issues After two years of delays and repeated inaction it was clear to us that without the help of Revdex.com and perhaps others of influence, WRH would not meet their contractual obligations. The remaining unresolved warranty issues are not frivolous, and have been agreed to in previous meetings with WRH warranty reps(The landscaping items were agreed to be removed.) My wife and I simply want, expect, and will require that WRH meet its obligations and commitments We hope that Revdex.com can help make that happen Regards, [redacted]

Customer's home has been started for some time now, and is in the Mechanical's stage with drywall coming shortlyCustomer has been given a weekly update in regards to construction progress, but has at times been frustrated when they've e-mailed after PM on a Friday and haven't heard back yet by AM on SaturdayWe're doing our best and will continue to do so

Customer has been contacted and work is being scheduledWe apologize for the delays!

WRH is making every effort to catch up on warranty service However, frivolous claims will be treated as such, and we will not be damaged on websites like this for claims that are outside of the Warranty we provide Just an example, this customer has things on their list of unresolved obligations- DEAD SOD AND PLANTS- MANY MANY TINY TRIM GAPS AROUND DOOR FRAMES AND WINDOWS-A CLOGGED AND "GURGLING" TUB DRAIN, ETC please refer to attached pages from our Warranty book that desrcibe the coverage of these just as an example I've high-lighted the examples that correspond to this customer This handbook is provided to every HomebuyerAs I said, we will make every effort to fix those issues that are covered, and I would be happy to further explain the policy to this homeowner in the case that they didn't understand originally But when a item list of warranty items is generated, and a Revdex.com complaint ensues, we would certainly hope that most of the list is legitimateThat is certainly not the case here

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A William Ryan representative has contacted us and has begun to address unresolved warranty issues We are awaiting promised follon remaining items Regards, [redacted]

Most work has been addressed at this point, with the only remaining work being some interior items that needed to wait til holiday decorations came down, one shower item that the request has been placed with the vendor, but had difficulty scheduling due to holidays, and some exterior work that will need to complete in the Spring! We are very sorry that this has taken so long to complete, but should have interior items wrapped up shortly and exterior paint items in the Spring

There has been some turnover within the division managementNew management is in touch with Rachel and will be meeting at their first availability to discuss any outstanding warranty work

There has been some management changes and it has led to longer than typical warranty timelinesOur new leadership is getting in touch with this customer and will address any legitimate warranty claims

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

There has been some recent management and personnel changes within the William Ryan Homes' Wisconsin division due to these circumstances during eh construction of this home, but they have also led to some longer than typical timelines on warranty workNew management has been in touch with this customer and warranty work has already been started and has been in progress for this customer since before the complaint was filed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is the same story (staffing issues) I have received countless times for WRH I did have the superintendent walk through my home for the 4th time this morning (with the wrong warranty list...) He gave me the same timeline that everything will be fixed in weeks I will not accept any resolution from WRH until my items are completed Regards, [redacted]

im sorry but to say you can not change the past is unacceptablethat is what business isHaving to make up for past issuesThere are a few things that are starting to get done however I do not have a final date set, and the last "last possible date done by date" has been passed for quite some time and nothing said about that or the warranty extensionI would like to request an outside inspector come in and give a final walk through of the mechanics of the homeWe are not builders and every person in your company has given us a different answer on what is wrong and how to fix it Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]
