Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.On April 18th, when the business owner came to the property, first of all, they were lateThey said they had the cover with them for the light in the shower, but did not make any effort to installThe picture of the chip in the glass was sent to the owner so they would be aware of the replacement needed, and no other action was done on their part to order the door they knew was damaged so it could be replaced when they were thereThe vent cover was new when purchased and after install it was damagedI was never contacted to be made aware of the issue, if it was, indeed, damaged before they installedWhen asking why I was not contacted, they said I was not available, but I was and have always beenBasically the encounter on the 18th consisted of excuse after excuse and no effort to finish the job in wholeI was told once the job was done the final payment would be dueThe job is not doneOn top of that the additional amount to the proposed was never discussed in any detail and was not agreed uponThe work was done before and without full disclosure of the amount change, and no further proposal was ever presentedI felt it necessary to have a third party present to be witness to the runaround, unprofessional and threatening behavior presented by the ownerI do not feel comfortable and I do not wish for further contact with this company and/or its owner for this reason
