We are very sorry you have ran into all these issuesI made sure the refund processed yesterday for you. I wish you
would have contacted me in regards to this like you di for the other dollard that we refunded you. At no time have we been ignoring you. You and I spoke many times before. Is there anything else we need to do. You said you would remove the Revdex.com dispute if we provided you with the $3oo dollars refund. But more that that , We want to create a a fan of our company and are asking if there is anything else we can do for you? If you need a protective cove for the outside lines going up to your house we would be willing to send you foot of line cover at our cost to you as an apology for all of this. Or maybe we can send you out for dinner on us

Only after contacting the Revdex.com did they replace the unit four months after the fact during the coldest of the winter months I had to run heat strips on the original unit cost me $additional For utilities

Mr***,We regret the issues you have experienced.According to company records, the incorrectly shipped product and the equipment damaged in transit were replaced, at no cost to you, by the end June 2015.The next contact we had with you was on July when you communicated to us about a
damaged compressorYou claimed this unit was damaged in shipment to you nearly days previously, but no damage claim was made when the product was received nor did you contact us about this problem in a timely mannerAs we previously stated to you in the email sent on July 2015, “all product needs to be unpacked and inspected for damage before accepting the shipment< !-- span-->.”Despite the fact that there was no noted damage upon receipt nor a contact to us regarding it for nearly thirty days, we reached out to you again on July reiterating the fact that we wanted to communicate directly with you to resolve the issueIt was not until September that we received an email from you which indicated you had returned to us *** furnace, *** coils, and *** condensersThis was confusing to us, since we only processed a return BOL for two units, a single *** and a single ***, in June As noted previously in this letter, we replaced both units at no cost to you in June How the return and replacement of these two units became a return of five units we do not know and have no record of agreeing toOur records do not indicate any BOL was ever created for all the previous units save the already replaced condenser and furnaceFurther, it is confusing that somehow the two coils you desired to return, as noted in your September email to us, have now become coils as per your Revdex.com complaintWe do not understand how the amount of equipment you seek to return to us has grown from units in June 2015, which we already replaced, to now units in February Mr***, we will be happy to assist and appropriately refund you your due provided you can show where we agreed to receive back units at any point from June to the current dateThe return BOL we sent to you last year, of which you were provided a copy, authorized only the return of units, the aforementioned single *** condenser and single *** furnaceIt bears note that neither of these units would be due a refund, since both were replaced as per your request vis-a-vis invoice ***Your own affirmation of receipt of this replacement equipment was received on June at 7:AM through *** Carriers (PRO ***)Both pieces of equipment were noted on t he shipping manifest as being undamaged at time of deliveryYour own signature on the documentation is testament to this fact.It seems your current complaint must only regard the alleged return of equipment which we neither agreed to receive nor were even informed of as having been shipped to us.after looking at all paperwork and looking at all serial number shipped to you and returned to us this is what we have come up with.
