There was an error on the part of a past onsite manager in taking cash from this resident. He has a receipt for the cash given of $200. It was run by our accounting department and is in the process of being credited to his account. The onsite manager never turned in this cash,
and therefore are going to have to credit his account in a different way. This issue should be fixed by the end of this week

We have reviewed the complaints in this case and would like to point out that the site manager's dealings with complainants mother were done outside of her employment duties with our company. Her interactions related to these allegations were...

done on her own and not part of her scope as site manager. That being said, the regional manager from our office discussed the matter with the site manager. She denies any of her actions were fraudulent and were directed by the complainants mother prior to her passing. She admits to being a friend of the complainants mother and was helping her out because she did not have any other friends or family available to help. The site manager's detailed account of the situation is provided in the attached documentation. As this is our company's first notification of the situation and complaint, we would welcome and appreciate the opportunity to help settle this matter directly with the complainant.
