I had Community Energy fill my oil tank in January of at my address in Dixfield, ME I was selling the house and asked that they only fill the tank one time to make sure I have enough fuel to make it through the winter They completed this action of filling the tank
Community Energy also delivers oil and propane as well as has redone some of my heating system at my new address in ***, ME The address in *** is a very old farmhouse and takes a lot to heat it so heat is incredibly expensive and we are consistently fighting to keep the propane and oil tanks full We were on auto delivery and auto bill for the two propane tanks and oil tank for the home in ***
Come spring we received a notification from Community Energy that they charged our credit card $on April 26th for delivery to the Dixfield address Puzzled I contacted Community Energy asking why they would be charging me this We didn’t order the oil, matter of fact we no longer even owned
