Poor craftsmanship and even worse communication and people skills. Materially misrepresented the firm's ability. Caused friction with neighbors and the super. Took short cuts and made poor (unilateral) decisions about design elements without consultng the client time and again. I'm still finding problems with their work 2 years after completion. Happy to share my opinions in more detail with anyone who asks. [redacted]

Review: Inigo Design & Build submitted plans for renovation of our coop using an architect's name and stamp, or block, fraudulently. The architect had not participated in any way in going over said plans and when he was called by the building's management company, he indicated that he had no knowledge of the project. Management therefore rejected our plans and banned Inigo Design & Build from working further on the renovation. This led to us having to start over, and hire a new architect and contractor. We lost thousands of dollars and months of inactivity on our renovation. We attempted to get Inigo Design to allow the original architect to actually review and approve of her plans but she would not cooperate.Desired Settlement: We would like Inigo Design to let us know exactly how much of our deposit and initial payment was spent for labor and materials and refund the balance that we have paid her.
