Review: The owner of this company is [redacted] AKA [redacted]. She plays the role of 2 people depending who she wants to be that day!! She is extremely unprofessional, insulting and rude. She uses foul language to her employees on staff and to potential clients such as myself. Supposedly her company is some sort of job referral company. She promises people as myself and countless individuals jobs that she cannot deliver. She promised me a job, but before she gave me the job, she told me that it was required for me to take this [redacted] training. Her company is not even affiliated with [redacted] and neither are her so-called instructors. She demands payments of $399.00 for the 10hour [redacted] course and $699.00 for the 30hour [redacted] course. I paid a total of $425.00 for this [redacted] class, she told me herself to just sign in for the class & to leave. She said that she had her "contacts" and she would get me my diploma, which she did. By her allowing me to sign in for a class that I never took and getting the diploma throws her credibility out the window right there. Now I have this so-called [redacted] certificate and the job that she promised me does not even exist. Now she will not return my phone calls and it's impossible to get in touch with her in regards to a job. All I have is a generic receipt for payment of $425.00. I am at a loss here, her company is a total scam and the City and State of New York need to know. She totally took advantage of me because I do not speak [redacted] well. I want my money back and I am seeking legal support from an attorney. I am going to go to the Newspapers and to the News about this so people aren't taken advantage of like I was. Went I went to her place of business on countless occasions there were always countless individuals there who are now in the same boat I am, having paid all this money promised a job and left high and dry with nothing, this is injustice. Before I had paid the money for the course I had told her that I could take [redacted] classes for cheap starting at 69$ offered at my local [redacted] or online even and she said that her employers do not accept those classes and that I ad to take her classes! Also when I asked for her tax ID number she would not give it, that is suspicious to me.
