This company was so amazingly helpful and honest with everything. The price by far was great and the final product better then I thought it would be.

Review: I designed a t-shirt using the design tool on the website. After my order, I was notified that one of the design features was not possible. I'm not sure why the designer gave that option then, and I couldn't review a revised proof, but I was on a short time frame so I let it go.All over the website, they advertise free rush shipping. I was in need of this so I requested the rush shipping. After no update for a couple of days, I emailed for an update. Still received no response. The deadline I needed the item by has now passed and after multiple emails, I can't get a response at all. They are blatantly ignoring my messages, knowing I requested the rush delivery to meet a deadline. Very poor communication and service. I can't get a response to get my money back now.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund. Any response would even be nice!

Review: Placed an online order for tshirts, immediately someone called me and said the order I made did not include printing, charged me for the printing and never received the shirts. I tried calling and all it says is the CSR's are busy and will call you back if you leave your info. No one ever does. I have called numerous times and get the recording every single time, no matter when I call. I made a complaint thru their email, a guy said he was going to check into it and I heard nothing again for weeks. Then I sent one telling them I was disputing charges, then a (supposed) owner called me apologizing saying she was taking care of it herself and would email me a tracking number the next day. Again I got nothing, no information and no response from my emails. They have over $200 of my money and I have nothing!!Desired Settlement: Refund the money they were quick to take out of my account. Money should not have been taken unless the items were shipped!!!

After 2 months of fighting with them and only after disputing the charges with my bank, and filing a complaint with Revdex.com I finally did receive a refund. I want no further contact from this company. They make this a practice as I have had other people tell me theywere ripped off too and never received a thing. I suggest giving them an "F" rating.At this time, my complaint, ID 10601964 regarding Ink Imprints Inc has been resolved.
