Inked Magazine Reviews (4)

I ordered "Inked" magazine subscription from this company, www.magazineline.com, as a gift at least 3 months ago. For the past month I've emailed to inquire about delivery of the first issue, no reply. So I called and was told they would look into it and email me back, no reply. I called again and was told I'd receive 1st issue by January 9. No delivery. I called again last week, and the woman said she'd email me back by Monday, January 15, no reply and today is January 18. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Review: I have already emailed the company to take my pictures off the Inked Magazine site, and found out that it's still up for everyone to see, I want my pictures and my account off their site and have nothing to do with them.

This is my second try and I really mean I want everything off.Desired Settlement: For humiliation, and trying to contact them, and embarrassment I want a check for $60,000. I am shaking because I am shocked to see my pictures up, I have not gotten a job and I am thinking for this reason, it is a disgrace. I want my pictures and my account deleted and a check for the amount I am asking, it is humiliating that it's been a year that I have contact them and nothing. This is their offices address [redacted] Publisher/President: [redacted]

Review: I ordered a back pack [redacted] Skull Backpack by Mojo Backpacks and was billed by the Inked shop an affiliate of Inked magazine. I have left 3 voicemails for the customer assitance over the last 2 weeks and I have not received one returned call to discuss the status of my order. I wish I could select multiple natures of complaint.Desired Settlement: Deliver the backpack I paid for and inked now eats the shipping cost. I paid 2 day shipping to try to get this delivered for my sons first day of school alert other consumers of the pathetic customer service.

Review: I followed instructions to return products and sent back a dress, a skirt and 2 shirts with invoices. I did use tracking via USPS. I confirmed that my return did make it to the warehouse, the package was subsequently "misplaced". A refund was issued for the two shirts on 8/**/2014 for $57.14, however, the skirt and dress, totalling $104, never made it into my account. I have been emailing the company representatives who state that they have refunded the money, however, it has never been recieved. I have offered to show them my banking statements, I have suggested that they give me $104 in merchcandise credit, all they keep stating is that [redacted] has refunded me when in fact, they have not. I agree that some account has recieved that money, but it was not mine.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to find where the refund floated off to and put it into my bank account or I will accept merchandise credit. I would prefer the cash, preferably.
