At this time, I have been contacted directly by Alister & Paine Magazine regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I had received an email from my main contact at Alister & Paine Magazine on Wednesday 11/**/2016...

explaining that they have received the complaint that I issued here at Revdex.com. She explained several reasons why she didn't get back to me, including out of office auto-respond emails that I did not receive, and reasons for the delays in the photoshoot, but never mentioned anything about returning our rugs as promised or even an estimated date of the return. She said that because I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, the issue was escalated to legal and to the CEO and that I should receive a response from them through this portal, which we are still waiting to receive, and that the email from her was the last communication I'd receive from her. I emailed back thanking her for her time. Again asking when our rugs will be returned and if there was another point of contact that could help resolve my issue. I have not heard from anyone at Alister & Paine Magazine since.
