This company has an automated mailing system as customer serviceFor solid weeks I have been emailing them because their advertised site is not workingListings are not ending or renewing properlyListings are listing with codes and no help on finding out the code issues They return your emails rarely and mark them as solvedNothing is solvedNot a thing changes They have no customer service at all and it is a complete sham to even submit a request for helpThey are not providing at all what their adverstisement and contract statesYet they are quick to bill you even when you have asked them to contact you before billing via their unread email customer serviceI have been with this company for over yearsThey are not able to keep up with changing customer base at all I have watched their tutorials and I have read their linksThey promise you the resolution and ease of listings and yet not a bit of that is true and there is NO help at all

Ink frog damaged thousands of my eBay listings and didn't do anything to fix the issue or try to prevent further damage when alertedWe have yet to have any resolution for the problem.This has cost our company countless lost sales and extra cost due to missing descriptionsWe have had customer affected by this problem so it extends past ourselves and now is causing my customers issues on fitment

Inkfrog owns *** an ecommerce host Over the past plus months I have submitted numerous requests to their support department and nothing has yet to be resolved As this involves my business with them as a host provider for my online store it is imperative that my store be manageable throughout and without issues some of which involve my customers and others my own access to the admin area of my store
I have sent repeated requests for tech support, including leaving voicemails, sending additional emails through support and regular email channels, I have left requests on their Facebook page and left voicemails for the owner Greg S*** *** *** *** ***m
All I, or anyone else wants who works with this company is resolution of the issues needed to run our online businesses and websites There are MANY complaints on their 'community support' links regarding lack of contact and support

Inkfrog has been performing intermittently for the past days We are an *** lister and rely on Inkfrog to manage and list our inventory The system is losing information and nonfunctional for the past days - we are unable to verify our listings to make the listings live on *** Customer service (when you can reach them) promises solutions but to date the issues have not been fixed Our company is running at 1/of productivity for the past days due to the inability of Inkfrog to repair their issues

On 10/12/an item was sold to a buyer in Ukraine and after confirming that ShipSaver covered that destination, the package was shipped and ShipSaver gladly collected our money to insure the package Unfortunately, the buyer did not receive the package After a month from shipment and weeks since any tracking movement we filed a lost package claim with ShipSaver They denied the claim, which comes as no surprise after reading all of their horrible customer complaints One of the conditions for insuring packages to Ukraine states that "coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination." The tracking number does not show that the package has arrived at the destination country and therefore should still be covered by insurance The company says the claim is denied because it was not sent with a 'signature required' service However, due to the nature of the insured item (a cellphone) we were easily able to determine that the phone was not delivered to
