Stick a fork in me...
I have been an inkFrog subscribed user for more than 13 years. When I first signed on it was fun and easy to use their software. I was able to create appealing templates for selling my collectibles on eBay. If I had a problem their support team was quick to reply to a message sent. As the years have gone by inkFrog’s quality and stability have greatly declined. Not only are there major problems with their programing, it takes “their team” forever to fix an issue. Their customer support has become virtually non-existent. They leave their customers in limbo wondering what they are paying this company for. I am writing this review to warn others who are looking for a dependable listing software that you won’t find it with inkFrog. The last 5 years have been an endless process of scrambling to create and correct live listings with their sub-standard programing. I have spent countless hours reformatting all of my listings to remove their embedded html templates in order to ensure that my listings will display correctly. I am truly relieved to finally be free of being ripped off by inkFrog month after month and year after year.

Inkfrog has been performing intermittently for the past days We are an [redacted] lister and rely on Inkfrog to manage and list our inventory The system is losing information and nonfunctional for the past days - we are unable to verify our listings to make the listings live on *** Customer service (when you can reach them) promises solutions but to date the issues have not been fixed Our company is running at 1/of productivity for the past days due to the inability of Inkfrog to repair their issues

Hello, I will be happy to refund your fee's, but typically our policy on this is that we close out your accountDid you want to cancel your account? -- note, this error is an [redacted] error (not an inkFrog error) What I recommend is moving to our inkFrog Open product and not our inkFrog classic productOur inkFrog open product is moving very quickly and runs much smoother than classicWe actually maybe shutting classic down in the near future Can I convince you to move to our inkFrog open product? Inkfrog owns [redacted] an ecommerce host Over the past plus months I have submitted numerous requests to their support department and nothing has yet to be resolved As this involves my business with them as a host provider for my online store it is imperative that my store be manageable throughout and without issues some of which involve my customers and others my own access to the admin area of my store I have sent repeated requests for tech support, including leaving voicemails, sending additional emails through support and regular email channels, I have left requests on their Facebook page and left voicemails for the owner Greg S [redacted] m All I, or anyone else wants who works with this company is resolution of the issues needed to run our online businesses and websites There are MANY complaints on their 'community support' links regarding lack of contact and support

Hello I do NOT want to close out my account NOR am I authorizing anyone to do so You are stating it is a *** error , not inkfrog That is NOT correctThe items can not even launch to *** because Inkfrog erases the Item specificsI have already shown you Multiple forms of proof of this Inkfrog open does not work for my business layout
Take a look at the Inkfrog support tickets I have made over the last months , showing over and over again , that the items CAN NOT LAUNCH TO *** because On scheduling the launch the ITEM specifics dissapear , not by anything I am doing but a internal Inkfrog Glitch You can see in my last screen shot the area for item specifics completely disappears in inkfrog , this has nothing at all to do with *** I have asked support to Please check several titles I sent that I left open for Inkfrog support to check into NO one has ever checked them

Hello,  what I can do for you is refund you 6 months of service -- that is more than i've ever done for someone and it's definitely not our policy, but I want to make sure you have something for all the issues you had. I also would like to see if I can get you moved over to our new inkFrog Open tool. People are moving to it in droves, it's such a better tool for [redacted]. I can get you a walkthrough of that if you are interested?  Send me an email to [redacted] and I'll refund those payments for you. I need to verify your account etc.
