put in two order about weeks apart The first was sent to the wrong address - a completely different one from mine The Customer Rep said they couldn't send another one to me or give a refund until they got it back That was in the middle of June They still haven't received it back Then I foolishly ordered a second time Although they wrote to me to confirm my address this time, guess what?? They sent it to the identically incorrect address agin Somewhere in PA to a town I've never heard of They refused to refund me again
Finally I contacted my CCs The promptly decided in my favor as I had not gotten the merchandise nor would Inkgrabber give me a credit
They come across as oh so nice But they are incredibly incompetent

Unbelievable! Somehow my order duplicated on its own, and when I emailed the company to have the second order (which was the error) canceled, they went ahead and cancelled the FIRST order!? I called when I had not received my order after waiting 10 days. I was told that both orders had been cancelled (one by a human and one by the computer) and when I asked to speak to a manager, there was none available. I requested a call back the following day, specifically on my cell phone, but of course there was a message waiting on my home phone when I got home. Wow, they cannot even call back on the requested number. Do they even listen to the customer? Not in my experience! Finally 2 days later, I received the call from the manager. What a disappointment. She really did not know anything about the issue and when I asked her how we were going to fix this, she told me to go online and place another order? Reallly? I am not the one who messed this order up in the first place. I specifically requested that the 2nd order be cancelled; I don’t care whether it was by human or computer just so long as it was cancelled. Why did they admit to cancelling the first order?! I will NEVER understand why someone cancelled the first order or why management was so lackadaisical and uninformed; I guess they do not need the business because they will not have mine!

Review: I purchased a HP Office Jet pro 8600 from Staples and installed it in January 2013. Since most new printers come with a small supply of ink, I purchased a 10 pack of 950/951 XL inks, Inkgrabber order IG751888, for $105.29. A complete set of the inks were installed in August, 2013, but started to fail in October or November.I called Inkgrabber customer service in December to obtain a refund, but the person said they didn't refund after 90 days. She did suggest that I clean the print head, which I did; after 3 levels of cleaning the printer message was to replace the print head. I spoke to the manager, Kelly, today and she refused any settlement. At this time I'm out the ink cost and I have a printer that doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my ink purchase ($105.29) and a new HP 8600 from Staples. I'll be willing to return the printer and un-used ink to Inkgrabber if they pay the shipping.

I am rejecting this response because:

Re Inkgrabber complaint 9848033

I am not frustrated with your company. I am disappointed with the performance of the products and your reluctance to stand behind them. Your refund time limit was never even discussed or mentioned in your online order confirmation; nor should it have been, as no one expects to return something they just bought. 90 days is ludicrous, since it would not cover the use of a portion of the first set of ink, much less the other cartridges for future use!

My printer started to fail to spray all, or any, of the black or color on pages I was printing, typical of cartridges that are empty. After a rest of hours or days, it would resume normal printing. Important to note that it had only printed 536 pages since the cartridges were installed in August, whereas the HP Setup cartridges printed 1146 pages in 8 months. After a while of this wasting my time and resources, I called for help from your company. I was advised to run the print head clean function. After doing this for 3 levels the printer message directed me to replace the print head. The printer status report showed black streaks on all the colors – I’ll be happy to send you these reports and samples of bad print pages if you wish to analyze them.

I think you will agree that your ink products did not reach normal usage expectations, and that they likely caused the failure of the print head. Obviously, I have no need for the un-used portion of my order, and I didn’t get my money’s worth on the initial batch I installed. Your current website indicates that you will accept returns for defective products less than 1 year old, so why don’t you step up to it and refund my money?! And please repair or replace my printer so I can do my work more efficiently.

Review: I ordered Item = COMBO_150XLDescription = 10 Pack of Lexmark Compatible (150XL) Series High-Yield Ink Cartridges - Includes 4 Black 2 of each ColorUnit Price = $66.99Quantity = 1Subtotal For Item = $66.99Item = IJM14N1614Description = Lexmark Compatible 150XL (14N1614) High-Yield Black Ink Cartridge (up to 750 pages) Unit Price = $7.99Quantity = 2Subtotal For Item = $15.98Subtotal: = $82.97Discount: = $16.59Shipping: = $0.00Grand Total: = $66.38. I ordered on October 1st, it's October 22 and I haven't received anything. I contacted them repeatedly, they would say my order was on its way. I sent an email, I finally received an email with a tracking number with the U.S. Postal Service. I checked the tracking order number and, it said my order was "delivered" though I have not received anything. I live chatted with customer service I got a whole bunch of useless excuses. I asked for the address they shipped to, it was the wrong address. I asked how could this happen when I gave the address twice to them and spelled it out to them over the phone TWICE. Their reply was the they sent a confirmation email about my address, which is a lie because I never received such email. They said customer service would contact me then they sent me a message that they could not contact me, another lie they did not even make an effort to contact me, I had my phone with me and even waited for another email but did not receive a call nor an email.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money.

Review: Ink Grabber.com sells what they say are compatible ink cartridges for my Dell P513w. I purchased 2 Combo Packs assuming that if they are sold as compatible that they would work in my printer. I installed the first 2 and at first my printer said it did not recognize the cartridge, I followed the instructions and tried to cut a metal tab off the cartridge as instructed but this did not work. I then opened 2 more cartridges and these worked fine for a few weeks and then dried out. I have never had an ink cartridge run out so fast or appear to run out. I put in 2 new cartridges which did not work at first and then, all the sudden started working. They worked for a few weeks and stopped. When I opened yet another ink cartridge my printer said it did not recognize the cartridge. When aligining there was ink all over the set up page. These cartridges are not campatible cartridges and I purchased 2 combo packs at $49.99 each. They will exchange the cartridges for Dell but charge $6.00 more than Staples for both the Black and color. I have been tricked into purchasing product that Ink Grabber says is compatible but is not. I either Want a full refund of my money since I did not realize that I was going to have problems with all of the ink cartridges I opened. Had I know this I would of bought the reputable Dell brand and been done with it. Now if I exchange for Dell this company will charge me $21.92 more plus tax than I normally pay. I want 2 black Dell cartridges and 2 color Dell cartridges for my printer or a full refund because they are selling a product that does not work. I checked Facebook and they have similar complaints on their site.Desired Settlement: Now if I exchange for Dell this company will charge me $21.92 more plus tax than I normally pay. That equals a free ink cartridge.I want 2 black Dell cartridges and 2 color Dell cartridges for my printer or a full refund because they are selling a product that does not work. I checked Facebook and they have similar complaints on their page.

Review: In January, I ordered a ink cartridge from Inkgrabber.com. To date, I still have not received the the product. I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. On March 28, 2013 and April 1, 2013, Revdex.com sent me a email with an attachment from Inkgrabber stating that they will refund $34.94. It has been over 30 days and I have NOT received a refund from Inkgrabber.Desired Settlement: I want a refund back to my VISA card.

I am rejecting this response because:

I ordered a product from them and paid with a credit card. I never received the product. To date, I still have not received the product. When I called the customer

service, they told me to look for the product at the post office. Second, I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Inkgrabber wrote Revdex.com that they will send a refund.

Inkgrabber never refunded the purchase price. Ingrabber is fraudulent because they keep stating that the product was shipped, but never filed a case with USPS or DHL for lost delivery. I paid for a product that I

never received and I never received a refund. If Revdex.com accepts their statement that they refunded the purchase price without proof; then Revdex.com accepts their fraudulent practices.

Review: I have purchased at least 3 orders from this company for my business, RED Auto Protection. The most recent time, I purchased the same toner I had bought the last 2 times (that they said they had on file) and they sent me the wrong ink. I contacted them immediately asking them to return the ink and send me the right ink, and they told me that they had sent me the right cartridges and I was wrong. This was ludicrous, as the model they sent me had a different model number as well as a different size of toner that wouldn't fit at all. After one week of contacting them with no success, they sent me labels to send the old ones back. I promptly sent them back. After a week, I finally contacted a supervisor (who I believe was named Kelli) who told me that there was nothing they would do and they wouldn't even issue me a refund. I threatened to file a Revdex.com complaint as well as dispute my credit card. She told me that due to the fact that I had to return the labels, they have lost money and they wouldn't be able to make the deal again. After talking with her for thirty minutes, she researched the situation and put me on hold. She told me she realized the mistake, apologized, and resolved the situation very nicely. She re-sent the correct ink at her expense and then told me she would put a note in the system to honor the pricing that I have paid the last 3 times in the future. This happened around August. Then, today, I called to re-order ink, as we have ran out of ink. I spoke with someone who sounded like the same person (identified herself as Kelli) and she said she would NOT honor the pricing, as she lost money. She also did not recall the situation. I told her that I called in on a recorded line, and asked if I could produce a call recording where what I am stating is right, would would she honor the pricing. She said "no, we have lost too much money on you". I told her that when a company makes a representation, they should honor it. She said she didn't care. I yelled at her and she then hung up.Desired Settlement: I want this company to do the right thing and honor what representation they made. When my company makes a representation--even one that might cost us money, we honor it because we are an ethical business. This company, obviously is not. I would be OK with her saying "we can honor it one more time" (especially if I send her a call where they tell me they will) and then say that they have to change pricing due to money reasons. I also want an apology for poor customer service.

Review: I ordered the wrong ink cartridge for my printer model, and they are refusing to refund me, since I opened the box. That is unreasonable.Desired Settlement: My money back - I spent $70.00 on their site.

Review: I ordered the multi pack ink 10 cartridge and only received 2 ink cartridges in a 11 X 14 envelope no shipping documents included. Merchandise ordered was not received and no shipping information included in order product received in brown envelope. company just say correct weight shipped can not provide proof that correct quantity of product shipped. I took a photo of what I received from the postal service, but customer service keep telling me what their warehouse say they shipped. I showed proof of what I received but they refuse to address it nor offer a resolution just to keep repeating what eight was entered as shipped. I understand that the world is full of people trying to get over but their are companies that get over on customers as well. I just want what I ordered if the company can't fill the request then my money needs to be refunded.Desired Settlement: I just want what I ordered if the company can't fill the request then my money needs to be refunded.COMBO LC51 10 PACK INK

Review: I ordered a toner and a drum. I was sent two drums, and one of them is a different brand and model number then what I ordered. Their customer service person was rude to me both times I spoke to her on the phone, only the second time she claimed to be the general manager, and refused to allow me to return the drum that is not what I ordered.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me a shipping label to return the wrong drum and I want a full refund for it.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9538841, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I called to request the return shipping label and found the gentleman that answered to be very pleasant and happy to send me a return label. I will submit a new complaint if I have any trouble receiving my refund from this company.
