We are not going to be held hostage by someone who is definitely lying or confused. We have not stocked those cartridges in many years. He did not get them from us. At what point do you just say no? We bend over backwards for customers but we are not going to this time. I would know if we had those cartridges in stock but we have not purchased them for many years and they were not even the right [redacted] cartridges in the first place. He probably bought them somewhere by mistake and now wants to get money for them from us. If he is going to punish us for something we didn't do that will be on his conscience. We don't deserve it.

It seems they are the ones severely confused or lying, I have no time in my schedule to try to con a questionable company out of a few bucks. I just want what was ordered. Apparently they are not concerned about their reputation or the amount of negative publicty that an incident like this creates. The internet is a double edged sword and word gets out fast.
The customer sent us a picture of what he says he received from us. In other words, he said he received a shipment from us and sent us a picture of what he said was in the package according to him. The picture showed [redacted] cartridges, which we have not purchased at all for at least 5 years...
and probably longer. They were not even the correct [redacted] cartridges and nonetheless, we do not sell [redacted] cartridges at all. We sell remanufactured [redacted] cartridges. We do not stock [redacted] brand cartridges or have a single one of them in inventory. It is impossible for him to have received the cartridges he says he received from us. For this reason, we are not shipping him replacements. He is severely confused or lying.
