I purchased about a dozen ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart printer I do a high volume of business and personal printing so the price of the OEM HP ink cartridges was getting to be too much I decided to try the Inkjet Superstore because not only were their advertised prices low, but they claimed to have cartridges with a "New Chip" installed indicating that my HP printer would operate as if the original OEM cartridge was installed WRONG! I initially installed the black XL cartridge and the minute that I closed the lid the printer displayed the message "Ncartridge Installed" and locked the printer up I tried many times to manually reset this and even removed the cartridge and put the original HP OEM cartridge back in Nothing worked The printer was a brick and nothing made it respond DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT

I ordered from InkJet SuperStore and due to some error on the fault of FedExâ my order was marked as "refused" and sent back to the sellerThere was not a delivery attempt even made and no one refused the packageâ so either FedEx attempted delivery at the wrong address or marked the wrong thing down leading to the package being returned to senderUpon contacting IJSS I spoke with customer service about my issue and the guy (he mumbled his name so I didn't catch it) said that they don't attempt redelivery upon returning orders that were returned to senderHe then said that my refund was going to have to be sent through several departments before processing which could take a couple daysI then received notification of a "partial refund"â a refund minus the $in shipping costs that I paid so I called customer service backI spoke with [redacted] in customer service and he said that they do not reimburse shipping costsShipping costs for a product I never even got to see or have delivered to meSo I paid $in essence to have my order shipped and lost in the mail for a week and then shipped back to IJSS and for me not to receive itDoes that seem like a sound business practice to you? [redacted] told me that they "could not" refund that money, which is a joke, they do not have the inability to refund $8â that's absurdI run a small business, much smaller than IJSS, and when we encounter situations like this we eat the shipping costs to improve the customers experience when they've been unhappy with a productI will not be using this website again and I will definitely not be recommending it to anyoneTerrible experience

I was reading on the Revdex.com site that a customer had a problem with Inkjet Superstore and blamed them for the FedEx delivery Wow! I live in a small beachside community and FedEx is horribleThey put refused when they don't feel like coming down this way Inkjet Superstore has an exemplary history with my small business of over years They replace any factory faulty toner, etcwithout question I have tried other inkjet businesses but found Inkjet Superstore to have superior products and fabulous customer service
