I ordered d MiniPC4TV from InKline Global and they delivered to the wrong address. I never signed or received anything & they charged my credit card.Last month I purchased one (1) MiniPC4TV from Inkline Global and expecting the delivery after 5-7 days. Then I received a notification that it was already shipped but nothing was delivered to me. So I emailed the company and informed them that I never received the item and they got back to me showing me that it was delivered to the wrong address. This is under Invoice No. [redacted] dated May 8, 2014 with the total amount of $79.95 paid thru my [redacted] Credit Card.Desired SettlementThe reason why I purchase the product is because I love the product and as settlement for this case, I still want to have the product delivered to me with the correct address [redacted]Business Response Dear Sir,In response to this complaint, we have been corresponding to the customer and have explained the situation to him. As any online store, we can only rely on the information provided by the customer when they order. We would have no way of confirming the information unless customers contact us to change otherwise. As we have not been contacted immediately, we have already shipped out the product. We allot a day or 2 from the order date so we can give time to the customer to change or even cancel the order. As the product was already shipped out, there is no way for us to retrieve the said item. We have been explaining to the customer that we cannot simply send out another one as it will be deemed as a loss to us. We also told the customer that if there is some way that the product get sent back to us, we would be sending another one to the address he wanted us to. We were not at fault as we simply followed the information given by the customer. Here is the invoice link for the order. As you can see, the address stated was different from the address he now wants us to send the item. [redacted]Hopefully, this can be resolved. Ordered merchandise. Upon arrival did not work. Requested refund. Was told they would deduct postage - which is not their published policy.Requested full refund. Was told they would deduct postage.I said there was nothing in their "60 Day Full Refund Policy" to indicate this, and nothing on the invoice for postage, and nothing on their website that referenced postage.I asked for full refund. You may click on the link below for the said ad.http://www.inklineglobal.com/adsales/cable/free.htmlAs indicated on the shopping cart, it clearly states that it is in fact shipping and handling fee and not the price of the cable. He also chose to upgrade and buy the wall adapter. As I have previously mentioned to the customer, we can refund the amount he paid for the upgrade to a wall adapter. As for the cable, we cannot refund as it is in fact free. Shipping and handling cost are non refundable per our refund policy.Final Consumer Response Invoice does not showing shippig and handling charge. Please see document online.Final Business Response Customer is requesting for a refund for a product that was given out for free. According to the promotion that he availed, the product is free but he has to pay for the shippign and handling fee.
