Inland Alarm

Review: I've been a customer of this company for approximately 12 years and have always pre-paid the annual security monitoring fees for service from Nov 1st to Nov. 1st of each year. About mid- November of this year (2013), I called [redacted] at the Post Falls, Idaho office and informed her we had sold the property and I wished to discontinue the service effective Nov. 27th and receive a refund for the remaining 11 months of the service agreement. [redacted] agreed but requested that I submit my request in writing to her by email and provided me with her email address. I emailed my request to [redacted] on Nov. 20th.[redacted] sent a refund check for only 10 months and has since informed me that I didn't submit my request soon enough. It is my position that Inland Alarm owes me $21.67 for one month of unused monitoring services.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in the amount of $21.67.

Contacted Co. in summer 2014 for possible install of surveillance system at our location. Josh Baker, the owner assessed the property and promised to provide quotes. There was much delay in receiving them. Then, is September 2014, Josh came out to install, but cameras were not acceptable. He stated he would provide us with other options, within a short period of time. Since that did not happen, I contacted him a month or so ago at his office, ay which time he assured me we would receive the requested info " in a few days". I then contacted him a few days ago, but no reply. It appears he is a one man show, although he alluded to having employees.

The job was important to us for security.
