Inland ATM

Review: January 13 I used this companys atm inside the conoco gas station. The atm said it was unable to prossess the transaction we later found out the atm was doing a software update and held the the 100 dollar withdraw and a 2.50 transaction fee as a pending transaction fee pending and has been prossesed through and has not been put back in my account. After this we tried contacting inland atm and left 5 messages and did not get a return call and when I finely got ahold of janet lee and she took no responsabilityfor her companys atm or try to solve the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds returned to my bank account and I know it can't happen but this cost me two late fee on bills it would be nice if these company that deal with peoples money to have to take responsibility for messing up peoples money and essentialy their lives
