Hello ***, The customer purchased used tires, she did not make a complain for weeks after the purchaseThe tires were a good used set when they were sold; when she called to complain we suggested tubes since the tires still had plenty of lifeWe declined to refund the customer because when
the tires were sold they held air and the customer understood she was being sold used tires as she wanted something "cheap". Best, *** Inland ATV

In response to the claim by Mr*** we did indeed work on the Honda 400exThe bike was fixed to the budget of Mr*** as the owner I advised Mr*** that the repairs would be more than his budget, he denied the additional repairs
needed to fully repair the bikeHe asked us to work with his budget and do what we could, we did as the customer asked and did what his budget would allowWhen he left the shop the bike was in running condition, we even repaired the bike in front of Mr*** After we spoke with Mr*** he said that he was not happy with the serviceMr*** never stated at the time of service that he was unhappy with the service that we provided

After talking to guy the owner of this store, he was really upset, He's response to the notice was not in a professional manner, we went over the problems on my Atv, he's only response was that I needed a new carburetors, and a new motor, at a outrageous price, he mentioned to me that my bike was to old nobody would work on it, if I would of known at the beginning, or *** had advice me that first, I think I would had made other choices, I don't think this is taking care of problem, I will have to take this matter to the next step

When we last spoke with Mr*** we stated that his top end needed to be rebuilt due to the engine smoking, we never stated that he needed a new engineWe also told him that the carburetor needed a choke butterfly a part that can not be purchased separatelyWe asked Mr*** if he would like to bring in his bike for these repairs at cost, he stated he would not be bringing in the bike because the parts were over pricedWe explained all this in the beginning but Mr*** declined those repairs

I am rejecting this response because [redacted] Admitted he did not test the tires to hold air. He mounted them, filled them, but did not test them. It was not two weeks later, it was two days later.(phone record) I have two witnesses that will attest , the quad never left the trailer. If inland ATV wants to send me the tubes free of charge to me, I will accept that. other wise, they can come pick up the tires themselves, review they are not damaged in anyway and the they coincide with the photos INLAND took of them and posted online. I paid for tires to hold air, and INLAND ATV was negligent in the fact did not leak. This would have been different if I had just picked up the tires and paid someone else to mount them. I did not. I paid Inland ATV to mount them, and with that comes the responsibility to make sure a tire holds air.
