Review: In May 2014 I had an ultrasound done that was ordered by my physician. At the time, I had a very high deductible, and was a single mother of 2 children. I requested a charity form and was never sent one, although Inland Imaging does offer a charity program. I called again and was told my request was never processed and I needed to contact Inland Imaging directly. When I did, I was provided with the form, and was quickly informed my bill was covered at 100% by their grant. I recieved another bill, called inland, and was informed the bill was taken care of. Today, I received a 265.92 bill that was supposed to be covered by their charity.Desired Settlement: I want Inland Imaging, to not only adjust the account as they promised they would, but also provide in writing a zero balance statement. I have already provided the required tax documents and the application process. As of today. my family size is double, I am unemployed and my husband is on L and I. we cannot afford to pay for what I was promised was taken care of.
