I spoke with Ms*** directly myself in regards to the appointment mix up and I did offer her a free enhanced therapy service for the misunderstanding on our behalfUnfortunately, I have been out of the country this past week, so my staff did not tell her a lie when they told her the manager was
"out of town"After reviewing her account she was credited back the charge that was incurred for the upgraded service to her account on March 30th, and my front desk staff have been addressed in regards to the charges madeI am not sure how the mix up came about with the corporate phone number being disconnected and I feel terrible for any miscommunication that Ms*** has experienced with our clinicShe has requested to have her membership cancelled, but she did sign a twelve month contracted agreement with our clinic and it is encouraged that members read over their contracts upon or after signing themOur front desk staff is adequately trained to go over the contract with prospected members at the time of them signing the agreement and if she felt that she was mislead into to thinking that she could cancel her contract at any time I do apologize for this mishap, but if she would have reviewed the contract upon signing or during the 3-day cancellation period she would have read that within the very first paragraph of the membership contract it does clearly state that the agreement is for 12-months and there after it will continue on a month to month basis until the member provides the clinic with a day cancellationAt any point during the 3-day cancellation time frame she had the opportunity to cancel her membership during that time if she felt that she did not want to be committed to the 12- month agreementIt is our mission to provide our clients with the up most customer service experience possible and I am truly sorry that Ms*** has experienced some issuesAll actions have been addressed to improve the experience that our clients receive*** ***, Clinic Administrator
