Total sham of a company! All good and friendly when they take your money. But start questioning them when nothing is happening they'll scream at you like your the bad guy. After checking up on the status of a mortgage found out inland loan hadn't even talked with them as they swore they had. Bunch of liars and thieves.

Review: I contracted with Inland Loan Service in feb 2013 to help modify my loan with [redacted], I was promised to get bi weekly updates on the progress of my application for the loan modification. however after they received the payment I would call on a monthly basis since I was not being called and all I was told is we are working on your application.

I started receiving calls from [redacted] stating that they are not getting any responses from Inland loan services and that they are not getting the documents they need to process my application. so I called ** from inland on repeated occasions and left him messages to call me back and that [redacted] is not getting the information from him, [redacted] closed my application 4 times for the lack of response from Inland loan services.

I have since tried to call ** and send him repeated emails and he is ignoring me and not responding so I am asking for my money back because of the lack of them performing the function they signed up to do.Desired Settlement: Inland loan services collected payment to get me a loan modification however they did not do any effort other than opening the claim and not following up on the application, they failed to provide wells fargo with the documents they repeatedly requested and ignored most of my contacts, they should have been able to get me a loan modification if they followed through with my application

I hate this business. they told me to trust them and they would get my home loan modified. Under their advice we defaulted. They told me to never call my bank or they would drop my file and not refund my money. Needless to say they NEVER got my home loan modified or refunded any money to me (they charged over 3000 and they promise half back if they can't modify your loan). They are liars and cheats. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. We are nearing the loss of our home.
