Inland Northwest Marketing

Review: A young man named [redacted] showed up at my house on 2/28/13 wearing a badge claiming to represent both [redacted] and [redacted]. He said that he could switch me from [redacted] to [redacted]. I told him I couldn't do that because I had time left on a contract with [redacted]. He said that his company, Inland Northwest Marketing would pay all of the early disconnect fees to [redacted] and that I would received a return box from them within a few months. I should never have fallen for this too good to be true deal, but I did. Months went by, during which I had to have a couple of surgeries so I was quite a while following up on this. I called [redacted]'s cell phone number and left him messages many times and he wouldn't return my calls. When I did contact [redacted], they finally shut off my account and sent me a final bill and a return box. I returned their equipment to them. I owed them $201.83 in early termination and shut down fees. They suggested that I contact Inland Northwest Marketing and [redacted]. When I left a message at Inland Northwest Marketing that I was calling [redacted], [redacted] and would follow up with Revdex.com, someone finally called me back. After several conversations with [redacted] at their office, she called to get my [redacted] account number and said that [redacted], the owner, was going to pay my [redacted] bill. That, of course didn't happen, and they have stopped returning my calls. [redacted] filed a report with Inland Northwest Marketing and said they should call me within a few days. They have not. Subsequently [redacted] has taken the $201.83 payment using my credit card. I want Inland Northwest Marketing to pay me the $201.83 in termination fees that I had to pay [redacted] as a result of their representative's false promises to me.Desired Settlement: I want Inland Northwest Marketing to pay me the $201.83 in termination fees that I had to pay [redacted] as a result of their representative's false promises to me.
