MY job was to do rough plumbing only as stated in our contract, I am not contracted to do trim or set the tub, we did above and beyond for this customer, when I quit doing all his little extra free request is when he became upset, we were completely polite and respectful to him and his wife even though he was in our way through the entire project, I completed my portion of the contract, thanks, Chad H***

I have attached the contract and text messages he sent to meBoth clearly indicate that he understood that he was to place the tub and connect the plumbing(see page two of the contract last entry.) The text messages also show his characterThe Oct28th message was sent to me after he found out I complained about his company to both the Registrar of Contractors and the Revdex.comI have not contacted him since our last phone call on October 1, nor do I ever want to again. As for FREE requests I am unaware of ANY!! I did have him do some side work, fix a leak in a pipe for which I paid him $100. As for being completely polite, well refer to the text messagesAlso during our last phone call I patiently listened to what he had to say and then when I wanted to speak he continually spoke over meI had to hang up on him because I could not carry on a conversation with him.As for being in his way for the ENTIRE project, another lieIt is my right to inspect the progress of work going on in my houseI occasionally went into the area to ensure the work was being completed properly.When we initially contracted with MrH*** * did verbally indicate that we would be interested in him doing our other bathroom alsoThis was on the assumption that his work and CUSTOMER SERVICE were good on the first projectThe work was done satisfactorily however, we had German made faucets installed in the shower and he was unfamiliar with them.MrH*** customer services skills are lacking to say the leastHe was suppose to show up to our house one evening to do some work and never showedHis excuse was he had to go to his son’s football gameIf he would have told us this in advance we could have made other arrangements but he did not and we waited and waited for him to show.Once again his customer service was terrible at bestI am NOT going to hire someone like this again to do further work in my house. I challenge MrH*** to dispute the documents I have forwarded to the Revdex.com.Thank you

We were recommended here by my dentist. They worked hard to get us as soon as we were able. Everyone at the office was really friendly and my son had a great experience (as great as you can have getting your wisdom teeth removed). I have recommended them several times since and will be taking my other son if he needs his teeth removed as well.
