[redacted] Resolution and Review Specialist [redacted] @cencal.Revdex.com.org Phone: ###-###-#### Ext: Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , I was surprised at the Inland RV reply, as it was completely made up I'm going to address the facts so that you can check on the validity of what was said One thing I want to reiterate is that I am forced to purchase a lock from Airstream because they made the trailer and are the only one making the lock The last thing I want is to get on their bad side The money to restore my airstream was to costly to loose all that money due to do having to leave the door open for weather damage, vandalism, or theft If Inland RV was a dealership why would they knowingly send me a bad product when they could have just returned them to Airstream for one that was made correctly? Airstream had a subcontractor that didn't do their job right and they are fixing the issue Talked to the Corona Police Department and made a report which is on file This was done after the same complaint was made to the DA's office in Riverside County, they referred me to the Corona Police Dept I explained the dishonest actions of Inland RV and its owner [redacted] I was told that fraud/extortion and related money obtained from that is no longer a crime It is a civil matter where the consumer is responsible for dealing with the theft Was told that the worst case was that I loose my $685, but hopefully the credit card company, the Revdex.com, or small claims court would stop that from happening The office was very polite and went out of his way to be helpful Mr [redacted] is saying that I am lying about my statement to you I would be more than happy to take a polygraph test regarding the facts about my complaint if he is willing to do the same about his replyIf so lets do it Regarding Mr [redacted] comments on being an Airstream Dealer In a conversation with [redacted] (###-###-####) the Airstream's part manager, she told me that Mr [redacted] is no longer representing them, and is getting his parts from another source If you go to the Inland RV website it clearly says "Airstream's #Parts and Service Dealer" If Mr [redacted] takes this statement off of his website I do have a picture which I can email you Ms [redacted] said that she would never call a customer a disgusting person Please give Ms [redacted] a call to confirm this yourself Regarding Mr [redacted] comments on his day return policy or hour product shipping damage policy, it does not say that it includes defective products When I first called Mr [redacted] about the product being defective I was not looking to return the lock for my money back, I wanted a properly working lock, which he refused to do Also, the lock was not damaged in shipping So both of his comments do not apply to problem of the lock being defective If you would like me to email you a picture of the back of the invoice I will I am not refusing to return the lock to Inland RV What I will do immediately is send or give the lock to Wells Fargo Visa or to a local Wells Fargo bank so that they can hold it till their investigation over Due to the hostile actions and threats from Mr [redacted] I am expecting more hostility Mr [redacted] could contact the Wells Fargo Visa credit card company tomorrow and tell them that he is not going to fight the return of the defective lock, and this matter would be over, but he chooses not to, WHY? I have contacted the Wells Fargo Visa credit company to see if I can either get a contact name for you to contact or a statement showing when they contacted inland RV in an attempt to talk Mr [redacted] on our behalf On the day the request for a stop payment to Inland RV was made Wells Fargo Visa called Inland RV while we were on the phone WF Visa was told by Inland RV that Mr [redacted] was not able to talk to them On 1/15/Wells Fargo Visa sent a 2nd request in a letter to Inland RV, but as of today 1/25/Inland RV has not responded Wells Fargo is emailing us a copy of that letter I will send you a copy as soon as I get it As of 1/15/Mr [redacted] has days to contact them I took the lock that Airstream sent me to Keys Plus ( [redacted] ###-###-####) a locksmith in Placerville Califto have them look at why the lock wouldn't work It turns out that the lock grovers were not machined correctly, and they worked on it by hand to get the key to work As of yesterday Keys Plus was able to remove the lock sent by Inland RV and Installed the lock they modified from Airstream Please give them a call to confirm the problem with the manufacturing of the lock sent by Airstream The last issue was the delay in me finding the issue with the lock being defective I was involved to rear end car accidents which caused spine damage in my neck and lower back, and had to have hip surgeries in related to those accidents I have been also dealing with a lot of related health issues because of the accidents, I was not being negligent in dealing with this issue If you would like to contact one of my doctors I would be happy to give you that information I hope the Revdex.com can help resolve this issue so that this nightmare will end Thank you very much for your quick help and for being there for us When the law no longer looks fraud or extortion as being a crime, your existence becomes very important to us consumers Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] @gmail.com=

Mr. [redacted] is a fantastic story teller. He really should spend his time writing fiction books. We sell what the Airstream factory provides to us and have for over 50 years. The lock sent to him was previously obtained from the Airstream factory for inventory. When it was obvious to us that the...

buyer was pulling as many strings as he could, and for that matter he still is, to have an expensive lock free of charge. Because of his outrageous behavior, we directed him to the Airstream factory. They in turn, sent him another lock, to attempt to satisfy his demands. He in turn, has bad mouthed them in his letter to you. To start with he has violated the printed terms on our invoices. He ordered the lock on 10-3, we shipped it Priority Mail on 10-6, and he received it 10-8. The invoice CLEARLY states "NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 DAYS". It also states "No claims for damages or shortages will be honored after 48 hours from time of receipt". But, he waited 23 days to call. In spite of that we still tried to work with him. "What is wrong with the lock ?" He would only say it's not right. said the same thing about the lock the factory sent him. AND, wow, he is so honest he has both locks, has not paid one penny for them, AND, refuses to return them. His credit card company NEVER called us, as he states. And now, in his letter to you he cannot open the door that he put the lock in. We seriously doubt that. We strongly feel that this person is loaded with FRAUD. Lastly, he claims those locks were improperly made. Really ?? We are sure he would not want to hear from hundreds of other owners that are "very well satisfied with that lock. We are stepping out of this picture and letting the Airstream factory deal with him, even though they have stated that Mr. [redacted] was a disgusting person to try to deal with. They have talked with him numerous times, all to no avail. Now he has 2 locks and has paid no one. What can you do, Revdex.com to bring this matter to a conclusion. [redacted], Owner

[redacted] Resolution and Review Specialist [redacted]@cencal.Revdex.com.org Phone: ###-###-#### Ext: 322 Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]   Dear Ms. [redacted],   I was surprised at the Inland RV reply, as it was completely made up.  I'm going to address the facts so that you can check on the validity of what was said.  One thing I want to reiterate is that I am forced to purchase a lock from Airstream because they made the trailer and are the only one making the lock.  The last thing I want is to get on their bad side.  The money to restore my airstream was to costly to loose all that money due to do having to leave the door open for weather damage, vandalism, or theft.  If Inland RV was a dealership why would they knowingly send me a bad product when they could have just returned them to Airstream for one that was made correctly? Airstream had a subcontractor that didn't do their job right and they are fixing the issue.   Talked to the Corona Police Department and made a report which is on file.  This was done after the same complaint was made to the DA's office in Riverside County, they referred me to the Corona Police Dept.  I explained the dishonest actions of Inland RV and its owner [redacted].  I was told that fraud/extortion and related money obtained from that is no longer a crime.  It is a civil matter where the consumer is responsible for dealing with the theft.  Was told that the worst case was that I loose my $685, but hopefully the credit card company, the Revdex.com, or small claims court would stop that from happening.  The office was very polite and went out of his way to be helpful.   Mr. [redacted] is saying that I am lying about my statement to you.  I would be more than happy to take a polygraph test regarding the facts about my complaint if he is willing to do the same about his reply. If so lets do it.   Regarding Mr. [redacted] comments on being an Airstream Dealer.  In a conversation with [redacted] (###-###-####) the Airstream's part manager, she told me that Mr. [redacted] is no longer representing them, and is getting his parts from another source.  If you go to the Inland RV website it clearly says "Airstream's #1 Parts and Service Dealer".  If Mr [redacted] takes this statement off of his website I do have a picture which I can email you.  Ms. [redacted] said that she would never call a customer a disgusting person.  Please give Ms. [redacted] a call to confirm this yourself.   Regarding Mr. [redacted] comments on his 10 day return policy or 48 hour product shipping damage policy, it does not say that it includes defective products.  When I first called Mr. [redacted] about the product being defective I was not looking to return the lock for my money back, I wanted a properly working lock, which he refused to do.  Also, the lock was not damaged in shipping.  So both of his comments do not apply to problem of the lock being defective.  If you would like me to email you a picture of the back of the invoice I will.   I am not refusing to return the lock to Inland RV.  What I will do immediately is send or give the lock to Wells Fargo Visa or to a local Wells Fargo bank so that they can hold it till their investigation over.  Due to the hostile actions and threats from Mr. [redacted] I am expecting more hostility.  Mr. [redacted] could contact the Wells Fargo Visa credit card company tomorrow and tell them that he is not going to fight the return of the defective lock, and this matter would be over, but he chooses not to, WHY?    I have contacted the Wells Fargo Visa credit company to see if I can either get a contact name for you to contact or a statement showing when they contacted inland RV in an attempt to talk Mr. [redacted] on our behalf.  On the day the request for a stop payment to Inland RV was made Wells Fargo Visa called Inland RV while we were on the phone.  WF Visa was told by Inland RV that Mr. [redacted]  was not able to talk to them.  On 1/15/2017 Wells Fargo Visa sent a 2nd request in a letter to Inland RV, but as of today 1/25/2017 Inland RV has not responded.  Wells Fargo is emailing us a copy of that letter.  I will send you a copy as soon as I get it.  As of 1/15/2017 Mr. [redacted] has 60 days to contact them.   I took the lock that Airstream sent me to Keys Plus ([redacted] ###-###-####) a locksmith in Placerville Calif. to have them look at why the lock wouldn't work.  It turns out that the lock grovers were not machined correctly, and they worked on it by hand to get the key to work.  As of yesterday Keys Plus was able to remove the lock sent by Inland RV and Installed the lock they modified from Airstream.  Please give them a call to confirm the problem with the manufacturing of the lock sent by Airstream.    The last issue was the delay in me finding the issue with the lock being defective.  I was involved to 2 rear end car accidents which caused spine damage in my neck and lower back, and had to have 2 hip surgeries in 2016 related to those accidents.  I have been also dealing with a lot of related health issues because of the accidents, I was not being negligent in dealing with this issue.  If you would like to contact one of my doctors I would be happy to give you that information.   I hope the Revdex.com can help resolve this issue so that this nightmare will end.  Thank you very much for your quick help and for being there for us.  When the law no longer looks fraud or extortion as being a crime, your existence becomes very important to us consumers.   Sincerely,   [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted]@gmail.com=
