Tell us why here... As the contract was signed originally in 2008, per paragraph 6, Equipment Access, Line 11, “ Company shall not be responsible for any damages to Customers property, including pavement, subsurface or curbing resulting from Company’s provisions of
services hereunder”. Also, the contract was signed as a 12-month agreement with an automatic month renewal term in which automatically rolled to an additional month if the customer did not respond within days prior to termination of the month agreement As the customer is in the 3rd year of the 2nd 60-month agreement, they are responsible for the remainder of the contract As for misses, only one miss was called in for the past year and recorded on August 8, The driver would pick up trash off the ground, not our responsibility, and was confronted by animals in the corral and left the trash on this dateOur company's responsibility is the service of the container and the trash inside, not trash that has fallen out by overflow as this is considered extra services/dump in which applicable fee's apply

hereunder”.      Also, the contract was signed as a 12-month agreement with an automatic 60 month renewal term in which automatically rolled to an additional 60 month if the customer did not respond within 90 days prior to termination of the 60 month agreement.  As the customer is in the 3rd year of the 2nd 60-month agreement, they are responsible for the remainder of the contract.     As for misses, only one miss was called in for the past year and recorded on August 8, 2016. The driver would pick up trash off the ground, not our responsibility, and was confronted by animals in the corral and left the trash on this date. Our company's responsibility is the service of the container and the trash inside, not trash that has fallen out by overflow as this is considered extra services/dump in which applicable fee's apply.

I am rejecting this response because: Until I received this response, each additional time I have called about thrash that didn't get cleaned up no one has informed me there were animals?!?! We have been here many years and have never had animals near our dumpsters. Also to tell me I should owe additional fees for extra garbage is crazy, there was extra garbage due to your driver not picking up a week when we were charged for that pick up... However as of my complaint I have sent in all the Fee's to have this dumpster removed, it was removed in a very timely manner when I paid all the penalties.
