Worse experience ever. Pretty similar to the above reviews. Told different things over and over. Waiting until 1 week prior to close to change how much money they needed down over and over. Told we would get 4k in prepaids, only to change it to 1800.00 after the weekend was over. Supervisor was rude and condescending on phone when told about these changes being relayed over and over. No disclosures sent to title company. My client is so stressed out by the constant run around. Suppose to close on her first home in 2 days and we cannot because of this Mortgage Company. Run! And, I hope they refund my client her 250.00 fee to take their "course." She did everything they asked and yet it was never good enough for their "underwriters." Also took 2 weeks to get appraisal back. Waste of 3 weeks of our time. As a realtor, this was an awful experience.
