Hello Revdex.comCase # ***In the construction on ***’s house there has been a few issues with the building I have asked them on in few emails to provide me with payment of part of the last invoice and then I would come back to repair the Deficiencies they had refused any payment this in my
experience is a red flag!The truss in the garage were fixed and are not an issue.The clearance for the deck roof was over looked by ***s as they approved the blueprints after we started building I had found the high to be to low and solved the problem with them.The building of the deck roof was not a simple build as it was a roof system we had advised against doing I had the truss designer come to the build two time to make sure everything was going rightThe insulation in the garage was put in fast and I had told the *** on Friday that first thing Monday I would have this fixed instead of waiting two days the *** went in and tried to fix it there was still problems with this after they “fixed it” then come Monday approached me in the morning srceming at me about this issueThe cement was frozen in a area of square feet out of square feet I have said I would replace it in spring when it's warmer they have pushed for it to be replaced when there was still frost in the ground witch would not be goodThe cement that was not troweled was the very edge no more then 1”out from wall this would be covered by drywall and base cove but yet I filled it as requestedAfter this they took it to there self to us my tools to try and grid down the floor after I had done this and got their approval on the floor!The man door where never talked about being metal just that they wanted to have a half window in them with slider the same for the over head door they never told me that they wanted sunburst in them.The window were replace do to a less then 1/16”sag in the middleI have replaced a door seal (at my cost) that was cut by the ***s unwanted help moving the power towel in though man door. The leak on the storm collar was forgotten about and I sent the plumber to fix it as soon as he got a free minuteThey did not like the pitch of the roof over deck so they had me lower the pitch with no cost to them and at a big cost to AJ construction.The nails that were missed in the sheeting of the roof where left in but were renailed beside them.The beams that are said to be wrongfully installed and are install right to the lay out of the deck as per ***s unrealistic design is to blame for this bowing of the 6xpostI have said in several emails that in spring that I would come back to repair shingle they have called me BP rep time demanding that he come out to see how bad of a roofer I am!The flooding in there basement is do to no weeping tile as they have had this problem several times be for this can be shown by the water damage on the 2x4s in the frost wall And them admitting to this problem and when I said that they need to install weeping tile I got told that will not be done as they just got there landscaping done.In this whole job my workers and I were watch so closely it was hard to work and had lots of interference from ***s they were checking stuff done by my workers before I even couldThey have had very unrealistic expectation in the whole job! In the whole build they never got anything inspected once I have put the lien on the building then they started to get the inspections done.They have never said that they wanted to brake the contract or that we were doing that bad of work and now that I have stopped work there they have complained about a lot of things if they would have just payed me part of the invoice I would have went there to fix and finish.I have sent matter to my lawyer to help resolve

I am rejecting this response because: How are we to come to a resolution if AJ Construction refuses to discuss the issues at hand. We have provided Jace with most of the deficiencies as we are finding more as we have further inspections done. To add to the deficiencies of the windows All Weather Windows Warranty representative was out to look at all three bowing windows & have said that this is not a warranty issue but in fact a install issue & that a shim was not installed under the mullion therefore the windows are bowed in the middle. You tell us how we are to resolve this problem when Jace will not talk with us? How are we to resolve things when Jace will not come back & fix ALL the deficiencies & warranties. [redacted]
