Review: I purchased phone service on May 20, 2014 for my son who is currently in a detention center, however I contacted them (Inmate Prison) on May 21, 2014 explaining to them that this was not the correct service that I was looking for because I could not use it. The charge was $35.98, when contacting them I received a cancelation number and then when I looked at my bank statement a charge of $75.00 was added. I then gave them another call and was told that I had to contact another office for my refund. I contact that number and have not received any answer or my refund. I am a single parent as I stated to them and I do not have $110.98 to be just throwing away like that. I am just looking for my refund and that's it, I contact them the very next day of purchasing their service, so I did not any try the service because when I contacted the facility were my son was located. I was told that I could not use their (Inmate Prison) service.Desired Settlement: I am looking for my refund in the amount of $110.98 because as I stated, I do not have that type of money to just say okay, I will take the lost.

Review: I contracted their service on 4/17/13 so that I could speak with my son who is in prison, when I firt open the account no instruction were sent,but $57.96 were charged to my bank account, so on 4/19/13 I called customer service to cancel it out but was told that everything had to be done through email, so I canceled the account through email but automatically they charged another $50 to my bank account, calling it security deposit, they stated they had a reason to belive that I was going to be disputing the charge with my bank, which I never had the intention of doing.Desired Settlement: I understand the $30 service fee, but would like the remaining $28.98 plus the $50 security deposit refunded back to me, since I never did get any services from them.
