The attached document is not a lease for unit SPlease provide a copy of the leaseI had attempted to resolve this issue by requesting that somebody provide me with a lease signed by me for that unit and nobody has so I keep getting this put on my credit every month (most recently July 2015) and it goes nowherePlease provide me a copy of a signed lease and not just documentation that you have on the unit

I do know for a fact the all of the sidewalks are shoveled in a timely manner and we use a sand barrel for the hill for the driveway. After the "drive thru's" we schedule a full "clear out" and all of the vehicles are moved. We do this AFTER the snow emergency in St. Paul is removed so Residents can park on the streets. As for the rodent problem, this is not the new manager's fault. I have called the corporate office and previous manager for 9 months and had zero results which is why I made the complaint. I have dealt with zero response efforts for 9 months about living with mice. I appreciate the effort already being made by my new manager to call me and talk with me to get this resolved.
