My wife and I booked a room through the bed and breakfast.com website. Due to my wife's illness (she was pregnant) we had to postpone our trip and thus notified the proprietor, [redacted] at the Inn at Richmond. We asked if we would have a credit for our unused stay. She/he said that we would be granted a credit. We have both sent numerous emails to [redacted].My wife sent emails on the following days: [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] no response from [redacted].I received this email in [redacted] from [redacted] on [redacted] 2013.Dear [redacted] Were sorry that you had to cancel your reservation to stay with us at The Inn at Richmond. As mentioned in my prior email, your reservation was made through one of our booking partners and the payment for your reservation is collected by them. The booking partner forwards a percentage of your payment to us. A Gift Certificate/Credit Memo has been created under your name for the amount that we will receive from our booking partners [redacted] that you may use at any time. When you are ready to reserve your room, please contact us directly at www.innatrichmond.com/reservations.htm or by calling [redacted] you choose to reserve on line, please be sure to note that you have a gift certificate/credit with us so that no deposit is charged. I hope your wife is feeling better and you find an opportunity to visit before your bundle of joy arrives! We are beyond frustrated. We have been ignored and disrespected continuously for over a year.
