the room she notice that the teddy bear, rose pedals, and rose pedals soap was missing, our Front desk immediately went in the room and supply the missing items and also give her a of complimentary bottle of champagne as well fresh rose petals sprinkles in mošt part of the room to make them happy. After an hour Front desk follow up with the phone call to the room make sure they are very happy. She confirmed and Front desk immediately updated in our system.Her claim that room have broken mirror when she checked-inn which is not true, our hotel have 3 steps rooms verification policy by 3 different appropriate individuals, they inspect, verify and report to General Manager about every issue in the room and then the permission of General Manager room get released in our property management system for rent.When our Front desk went to fix the wedding package in the room she also notice that there was no damage occur, also when our management call the guest they politely ask about the broken mirror, she immediately got angry and threaten to harm the hotel workers, also in the conversation she try to blame the front desk that they broke the mirror, So as you can see her story keep changing.Our intention is not to make our guest un happy please keep in mind our hotel property is very very highly rated in the market and every guest we served as a VVIP in our property, as per the protocol every incident is reported to insurance company as well as the town ship because of township rule's and regulation's, therefore we have no other option beside reporting this incident to the township police.Case have been Registered and awaiting the outcome from Police Department for further action.

Review: I attempted to stay at this hotel on 2/6/15. We initially booked a suite with a pool. Upon entering we discovered that the pool was 40 degrees and had no heater. I was not paying for such an expensive room if I was unable to use the main feature. We switched room for a credit of $100.00. We went into another room that was frigid. We turned the heat all the way up and left for dinner. When we returned the room was still freezing. We attempted to use the Jacuzzi to help warm up the room however the hot water did not work. We asked for a full refund and was able to get it. They have not processed the second refund to my credit card. I have tried calling and faxing with no answer to either.Desired Settlement: I need the refund to be sent to my credit card for the remaining $100.00.

Review: I, [redacted] am filling this report against The inn of the doves manager and owner Raj who refused to give me his last name.

I rented a room to be ready on 9/1/14 for my honeymoon suite by 4:00 pm. I did not check-in until 8:00 pm and the room was still not ready. When I went to check in there was music playing in the lobby with curse words. And the receptionist, Cheyenne used foul language while explaining that the new girl did not know how to set up the rooms. The receptionist who was there alone asked us to wait at 7/11 so she could fix the room. she had to leave the front desk unattended so that she could finish. I was completely unconvinced and saw first hand how unprofessional the establishment was. We weren't apologized to or offered anything for our inconvenience.

Our wedding package was falsely advertised with having a late check out of 2:00 pm. At check in they said that information was outdated and I had to pay an extra $20 to check out at 12:00. We stayed in our room from about 8:30 pm until 11:15 the next morning. Despite leaving earlier than what I paid for they didn't offer a refund for leaving early.

At 2:58 the receptionist called to accuse me of cracking a mirror that I did not crack. They are accusing Me of cracking a mirror that is about 6 feet tall and is mounted on a wall above a large Jacuzzi ledge . The crack is located in the top left corner.

Upon my arrival I noticed the damage was there. I thought they knew about the crack because it was hidden behind a plant and pillar and it was only visible from the jacuzzi. I did not damage the room in any way and I have photos of the room with the cracked mirror already there.

I was harassed by the manager who demanded that I pay $450.00 or he would have a warrant issued for my arrest. Despite me trying to reason with him and show my proof that the damage was already there he said he did not want to see any pictures he would not let me speak, and he wouldn't give me an email address. He continued to talk to me harshly he wouldn't listen to me and he continuously threatened to have me arrested and finally he hung up in me.

He has ruined what should have been a special time for me. He was disrespectful, laughed at me, and I am appalled at this situation.Desired Settlement: Truly nothing can be done to fix what should have been a special night, But for starters an apology and a refund would be nice.
