I booked a room at this motel for the night of July 21,I paid in cash at the front deskI thought I was going to be staying in a riverfront property After already having paid Inwas taken to a room with no air conditioning When I asked about the stifling temperature in my room, I was told it would cool down because of the rain Instead of cooling down it became increasingly uncomfortableMy thermometer registered degrees F at 9:pmAs a result of the miserable conditions I decided to leave and return to my own home There was no open office at that time to request a refund When I requested a refund the next day I was refused This is an Aged motel that utilizes deceptive marketing for people expecting a completely different kind of riverside experience
