Many statements in the Customer’s complaint are and inaccurateThe Salon accepts all major credit cards including ***, [redacted] , [redacted] and *** as well as debit card and cash payment for all services on all days of operation The Salon does not charge more for services that are paid by credit/debit cardThe prices for salon services are the same, regardless of how the customer pays for it The customer came to the Salon as a first time client in Oct and received a 50% discount for services rendered (full highlight, color, toner, treatment and blow-dry) The client was very satisfied and happy with her highlighted hair On Nov 26, 2017, the customer returned to the Salon and received a Brazillian Blowout treatment at 53% discount plus an additional 10% discount Approximately one week or two following the treatment, the customer explained that the treatment didn’t take well and the Salon offered to redo the treatment free of charge on her next visitOn Dec 16, 2017, the customer returned to the Salon to get full highlight, color, toner and blow-dry service and was offered a 30% discount since she was one of our booked Brides with an upcoming wedding The color applied was the same color as her first visit per the customer’s color record card that we keep on file Additionally, the customer received a second Brazillian Blowout treatment on Dec 16th free of charge Since the customer was not completely happy with the color from Dec 16th, the Salon owner offered to personally the service free of charge prior to her wedding day as it was less than a week away The Customer returned to the Salon on Dec 21, 2017, and the Salon owner performed full highlights, color, toner, and a blow-dry free of charge Additionally, the Salon owner never indicated nor refused to correct the customer's color unless the customer paid cashIn the opinion of the Salon owner, the re-done color and highlights was beautifully done as per the Customer’s first time visit and no damage was done to the hair We do realize how stressful it can be for a Bride, and we absolutely tried our best to please her
