Inner Circle Pizza

Review: Today my and I decided to patronage a new pizza establishment, so we chose inner circle. After placing an order and picking it up, my husband noticed the order was wrong. I called inner circle once we got home to tell then the order was incorrect. An employee named [redacted] answered the phone and I explained that my husband did not want to come back out but the order was wrong and I wanted them to take note of it. [redacted] told me to speak with the manager and placed me on hold. While on hold I overheard [redacted] telling the manager "there's an [redacted] on the phone claiming the order is wrong after they already picked it up. You know how they are... ready? Go!" And the manager [redacted] got on the phone. I expressed to him that I was disgusted and appalled at the conversation I just heard and at the fact that he condone that type of racist behavior towards a consumer. At that point I told them my husband would be coming back there with all of the food and I want my money back. I would rather starve than to eat from an establishment where that is a practice. After asking for the owner, the manager stated that the owner was unavailable until Monday afternoon. I am completely offended by this business's practicesDesired Settlement: I would like to receive documentation as to how those individuals involved in this incident are reprimanded and a thorough apology from the company.
