complaint [redacted] To whom it may concern: [redacted] Motor Car fully acknowledges identifying, and trying to execute a dealers swap after agreeing to price with the client in the above mentioned complaint The salesperson explained to the client at time of deposit that the entire transaction was subject to the desired car (which is in another dealer's inventory), being available (and not sold) to complete the dealer swap.Upon contacting the other dealer, we were informed the car was in fact sold, and not available for dealer trade The salesperson shared this information with the client on Thursday, June 2, and the client seemed not to understand that [redacted] never possessed the car to sell it to anyone Additionally, the client was offered another vehicle from our inventory that had $2k more equipment, for a similar price, and the client declined Throughout the process the salesperson did report to management that there seemed to be a lack of clear communication with the client.The client requested his refund on Thursday, June 2, and the refund was credited to his credit card on Monday, June 6.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions[redacted] ***, Sales Manager [redacted] ***Customer’s Statement of the Problem: have put a deposit to hold a blue glc model at Mercedes Benz [redacted] Route One, dealer not only sold the car to someone else, but not give the deposit $back to me after repeated contact with sales rep [redacted] She alway says to refund for a week but never lift a finger to do itThey violated our agreement, have no reason to keep my money.Complaint Product/Service: depositPurchase Date: 5/26/2016Problem Occurred: 5/28/2016Model: [redacted] ***Account Number: to be attachedOrder Number: Talked to Company: 3/31/2016Talked to Company (2nd): 6/2/
