time, I have been contacted directly by Inner City Automotive Recovery Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company Inner City Automotive has only contacted be asking if I had gotten a lawyer and did not discuss the real issue or was willing to resolve the problem without a lawyer. As you can see in the towing papers that I signed the towing company is not even Inner City Automotive and indicated in the paper signed that I would only have to pay 27$ a day storage fee however Inner City Automotive is trying to charge me 70$ Daily storage fee. I have filed a small claims court case against them however the hearing is in June 2016, Inner City Automotive has no rights to keep my car especially since they are not the towing company I have dealt with during towing incident. Inner City Automotive are scammers who are committing fraud in order to gain financial benefit.
