As evidenced by their response, they have still not returned my deposit. They took my deposit from me on 9/23. Even assuming their interpretation of the contract is correct (which I dispute), they still have the MINIMUM obligation of refunding me my deposit. They do not dispute that they owe me my deposit, or that they cashed my deposit and have not yet returned my money. Yet, they have made me argue extensively for my deposit, and have threatened a legal suit against me. I emailed them again this week to follow up on my deposit, and they declined to return my email
It has now been almost three weeks that they have intentionally withheld money from me that they have admitted they no right to keep. This is unethical, unfair business practice that is harmful to consumers. I tried to work with them directly, but could get my deposit back from them, which they agreed they owed me. I believe in addition to my deposit, I am entitled to damagesHowever, at the very least, I would like Revdex.com's help to ensure I get my deposit back, and to prevent them from doing this to other costumers

Review: I have called for two weeks to get this company to come out and correct the work they supposedly have already done.

They keep asking for more money but have not sent anyone out to fix the problem of the work they half did. Their representative even said the job was no good!!!!! They yell at me and argue with me for more money without offering to come and fix the existing problem. They are horrible people!!!!Desired Settlement: I want the company to correct work already done incorrectly and paid for and to not proceed with any more work because of the inferior work done thus far. They show incompetency in work performed and I don't trust them to do any more work. The sand pathways will dissolve at the first good rain of the season and they put down bark before tilling the soil and planting was done so it will have to be removed to prepare the ground for planting. They subcontract to people who don' t haveA Clue as to how what I wanted is to be done and they keep asking me how I want it done and they are the people who are suppose to know what they are doing not me that's why I hired them they misrepresented their abilities to do the job!!!!!

All personnel we dealt with from Inner City Skyline were professional and skilled. We completely rebuilt a kitchen and bathroom and the final results are spectacular. The suggestions made by our primary contact, [redacted], really made the final product special. We are very happy with the design, workmanship, and detailed follow-up we received. There were no surprises in cost.

We contracted Inner City Skyline on 4/17/15 to replace our front lawn with a water saving lawn (rocks) in conjunction with the City of Torrance rebate program approval. Some time in August Inner City notified us the City of Torrance did not approval our rebate request. At that time we requested our downpayment of $320 back. They promised to bring our check but requested they could do this project under another program. We agreed to meet with them on 9/9/15 but no one showed up nor called to cancel the meeting. We called them again and they again promised to drop off the deposit check on 9/16/15. Again no one showed up or called. On 9/25/15 we called to say we were no longer interested in doing business with them and just wanted our deposit back. At that time they said we lost the deposit since we had not cancelled 3 days from signing the contract. We did try twice to work with them but they failed to follow through on the scheduled meetings. We no longer expect our deposit check back because they made it impossible to work with.
