Inner Quest Hypnosis Reviews (2)

I have over 22 years experience as a hypnotherapist in the community and an excellent reputation that I have worked very hard to build. Miss [redacted] (the Complainer) is actually not a customer, but a former friend who is angry with me and has intentionally filed a misleading claim with the Revdex.com...

against my business for her own vengeful reasons. The last time Miss [redacted] actually paid for hypnotherapy services was June 2012, almost 3 years ago. Despite seeing me frequently over the last 3 years, she has actually never paid for services. I assisted her solely as a friend. Additionally, I have assisted numerous people who she referred to me as recently as weeks ago.In 2012, I took a break from my practice. Based on the assistance she received during our hypnotherapy session, Miss [redacted] decided she too would like to attend Hypnotherapy Training and our relationship changed to friend/mentor.After her completion, and only for a short time, we shared office space together.Since 2013 all healing work I have done for Miss [redacted] was at no charge, given under the umbrella of friendship. Therefore, Miss [redacted] is not my customer and filing a customer complaint is unfair to me and a manipulative abuse of the system. I request the Revdex.com to immediately destroy all public record of this fraudulent accusation and clear my record. In an attempt to address the underlying fabrication, I present the following information to assist you.Miss [redacted]'s claim that I am misrepresenting myself is completely unfouded. In all aspects of business, from my website, to business messaging, to business cards, I clearly and without equivocation identify myself as a hypnotherapist. There is absolutely no misrepresentation what so ever.Interestingly, Miss [redacted] is also a Hypnotherapist and she is completely aware that in California hypnotherapy is an unlicensed practice. Miss [redacted] is also aware that I am completely within my legal right to refer to myself as a "Behavioral Therapist" which I do on my business cards. I specifically provide my clients behavior modifications and behavioral changes they need to follow through on to fully integrate the hypnosis portion of my work. Along with hypnotherapy, behavioral therapy is the very exact definition of what I do.Like her complaint, Miss [redacted] seems to be very confused. First, she never came to me with her concerns, so I never had a chance to avoid a complaint with the Revdex.com. Secondly, Miss [redacted] claims to be a paying customer when she is not. Then Miss [redacted] claims that I mispresent myself as a license therapist, which I can easily provide I do not. Next, Miss [redacted] claims I am practicing without a license, yet she knows hypnotherapy is an unlicensed profession.Lastly, Miss [redacted] states I am breaching the morals and ethics of a profession I don't belong to by sharing confidential information, but she gives no details, which makes it a bit difficult to defend myself. The complaint lacks any basis in reality or truth. This entire complaint seems driven by bitterness, anger and a middle-aged crisis. Not to mention, as a competitor int he market of hypnotherapy, appears more of a business tactic to rid herself a more experienced, well-placed, competent and respected competitor. The complaint for requests that I put out of business because Miss [redacted] does not approve of the words "behavorial therapist" on my business cards. She is asking that my practice be shut down and my good name be besmirched. I should no longer be allowed to earn a living assisting clients who have gained enormously from their work with me, including Miss Fleishcher up until February 2015. Seems like a bit of a dramatic request given that I have acted completely within all legal requirements at all time. This insidious manufactured complaint is a rather sad and obvious attempt by Miss [redacted] to manipulate the Revdex.com into acting out her angry feelings, resentment, personal dramas and business motivations. I requested that the Revdex.com immediately clear my record and dismiss this fraudulent claim against my business.Sincerely,[redacted]Behavioral Therapist

Review: [redacted] is practicing and advertizing as a behavioral therapist without a license to do so.She is breaching patient therapist confidentiality by sharing patient information with other patients and by doing so violating ethics codes.Desired Settlement: She can not continue to advertise as a therapist nor practice as one in any capacity without a license.
