The dates of the guests stay needs to be corrected to April 27th not March 27thWe have discussed this issue with [redacted] as well as with the guest, that we did not charge their personal credit/debit cardThis was a prepaid reservation, where the guest pays ***, then [redacted] provides a virtual credit card for the hotel to charge upon the guest's arrival, which is what happened here; however the guest seems to be confused about the process

To Whom It May Concern,The Guest Stayed at our hotel on December 8,2017, The morning the guest checked out she did not come to the office to complain about anything it was two days later she returned saying she had been bitten by bed bugsThe room was checked and no sign of (Bed Bugs) or any activity were detected

I can't say I'm surprised by the exaggerations and all out lies of the response. 1) "The Guest Stayed at our hotel for several nights prior to this dispute...paid for another night on two different mornings and never made the front desk aware of any problems at that time."I mentioned to the manger several times about how I requested to move earlier in the week (Mon or Tue night) only to be told that the "system" wouldn't allow itAgain, the only reason I didn't request for the two separate nights is because the noise had subsided. 2) "The next morning the guest came into the office just after 9am to advise the front desk that his bathroom light was not working"It was much earlier than am but forgetting that isn't as important as the wet rug, sticky bathroom floor, and musty/smokey odor in a non-smoking room (claimed it was from outside).3) "I advised him maintenance would be in shortly and the problem would be fixed "They NEVER gave a timeframe or whether another room would even be available because they were supposedly fully booked, which is why I asked for a refund. 4) "He left the office and came back later to state that he wanted his money back , I advised him of "The No Return Policy , and he said that he wanted to move to another room I told him that was fine I would call him when I had a room ready he left for the thrid time and came back in the office again"I visited the office twice that morningThe first was to make the initial complaint and ask about movingThe second was after I left for a few minutes to consider my optionsI returned to inform them I wanted to check out and a refund. 5) "we do not know If he left the property he did not return to the office to checkout or return any keys or anything."I did not formally check out nor did I return the key (card) to the front desk. I will admit to being very frustrated that morning for obvious reasons but NEVER once did I use profanity or make verbal or physical threats toward anyoneIn fact, there were two individuals present (a man and woman) who came in during the conversationThe woman went behind the desk and the man stood in the lobby. In closing, I'd also like to point out that based on online reviews it's clear that this was not an isolated incidentAlthough I probably could've handled the situation better but the outcome would've been the same

The Guest Stayed at our hotel for several nights prior to this disputeThe guest came and paid for another night on two different mornings and never made the front desk aware of any problems at that time, also when he returned the following the day to pay for the week he was advised about "" The
No Return Policy " for Our Extened Stay Guest"and he said he understood because this was his second week at our hotel The next morning the guest came into the office just after 9am to advise the front desk that his bathroom light was not working, I advised him maintenance would be in shortly and the problem would be fixed He left the office and came back later to state that he wanted his money back , I advised him of "The No Return Policy , and he said that he wanted to move to another room I told him that was fine I would call him when I had a room ready he left for the thrid time and came back in the office again demanding his money back using profanity and banging on the counter becoming very hostile , and I told him again about the policy and I would be glad to move him to another room where he was satisfied , he just kept using profanity and stormed out of the lobbywe do not know If he left the property he did not return to the office to checkout or return any keys or anything

[redacted]. let me start of by saying that when we asked him to bring his clothes he never showed his clothes that were ruind from the water.  one of his family memeber called our front desk...

clerk and told them that he pour the water himself and the injuries mr [redacted] is complaining about came from a car accident prior. mr [redacted] has continued to stay with us several time over the last weeks and dosent favor any sort of ailment. if you need more explanation please contact my partner at ###-###-#### (cell) [redacted]. thanks.

Review: I was a resident at the danville Innkeeper room [redacted] for about a week and during Feb.17th that morning when I woke up I walking to the bathroom and slip and fell. When I look up at the ceiling it was a crack in the ceiling were water leak into my room. I called the manager and he called maintenance and maintenance said it was ice froze on the roof a week before from a storm and when the ice unfroze the water had to go somewhere and the drains were clog. Also I had a pair of levis pants and shirt that got ruined by the water. I went to the hospital to seek medical treatment because I had upper and lower back pains and neck pain and headaches. I sent the business a copy of my medical bills and the owner refuse to come to a settlement. I have pictures of my room during that week.Desired Settlement: I would like a settlement for my injuries and medical bills. Also I would like to have the owners insurance company information.

First of all we asked him to show us his clothes that were ruined by the water. But he could never bring them to the office for inspection. Second of all there was no one on the roof at that time of the season. He stated in his complaint there were wires hanging every where, upon my inspection of the room there were no wires found exposed.. he scheduled a meeting with us on Monday may 16,2016 but never showed up until 8:00 pm that night in which business hours was over. we had to keep the room down for a week to dry up the carpet and replace new padding to get rid of the smell from where he pour water and trash the room. some one from his family contacted our front desk to inform us that he pour the water himself and that he is not hurt, he is just trying to get some money from us.
